Garnier Fructis Hair Food Macadamia Shampoo

Garnier Fructis Macadamia Hair Food Shampoo comes in a dark brown container, it's a great shape and will stand on its head when almost finished! Whilst the lid is tight to 'pop' it means no chance of wastage if the bottle is tipped over. The fragrance is very 'clean' and subtle, a hint of fruit.

This shampoo (and don't use too much, it's very economical) disperses on to wet hair very easily, it lathers quickly into a fine foam and spreads readily. One good massaging wash and my hair felt sufficient clean and after that the product rinsed off easily.

The marriage of the shampoo and conditioner seems perfect, my hair felt soft, manageable and looked almost sparkling.

I think these containers will last a long time, at this early stage I cannot comment but I have barely dented the supply!

I loved the scent. I loved that the packaging was different from the conditioner, making it easy for me to spot the difference (my eyesight's not the best). I loved the texture and how it foamed up not too much on my head, but still got the scalp clean.

I loved that my hair wasn't left lank or lifeless. Instead I had clean, fresh, shiny hair once all was dried and done.

Would absolutely buy again. It's my new favourite!

I love the garnier fructose hair masks so when I was accepted on the trial for this I was so excited. Especially as my local pack and save doesn’t have any garnier hair products!! Grr!!

This shampoo is so light and cleansing it doesn’t weigh down your hair. We were on a weekend away and I didn’t bother with the straighteners but I wasn’t phased as my hair was light and relaxed.. it wasn’t greasy or boofy.

Nice and light and clean. Definitely a new fave. I like the gel like shampoo. A little goes a long way and it lathers and rinses easily.

I love the scent very much in line with their whole range of amazing scents. Not too strong or sickly.

It’s so cute in its wee bottles that looks like milk bottles almost. And handy having a screw and pop top to get it all or at the end. So really aesthetically pleasing.

One thing is it’s availability which is not their fault but I have to go to countdown or nw to get this as pns doesn’t have any at all garnier hair products. Which is a shame as I am still all over the hair mask for myself and my daughter. I need to try more of these in my life!!

My husband saw the Garnier Fructis Hair Food Macadamia Shampoo on the counter, flipped open the lid, sniffed it, and said that he could already feel his hair growing! He commented on how lovely it smelled and said he couldn't wait to use it - high praise indeed from a man that uses whatever shampoo and conditioner is in the shower! I had to agree though, the macadamia smell was divine. The shampoo came out easily enough and was a clear, thick gel consistency. It lathered up well and I noticed that my hair felt clean but didn't feel stripped off oils as some products do. My hair had slightly less frizz and looked in great condition. I would definitely recommend this shampoo.

Really enjoyed using this shampoo. You didn't need too much for it to lather up all of your hair. It left my hair feeling very clean and it smelt nice too. Will definitely keep using.

Been using this shampoo for about a week now. Comes in a dark brown plastic bottle which is able to be recycled. Has a lovely macadamia nut smell when your pour it in your hand, you don’t need too much as comes out quite thick. I did notice that the shampoo bottle wasn’t filled all the way to the top which is a bit of a shame. Lathers up really well and hair fells clean afterwards. Comtains no silicone and is all naturla products. My hair feels clean and soft but not really smooth, almost a little fluffy. I do like the shampoo but wouldnt use it all the time.

I really liked this shampoo, you only needed to use a little bit, and it foams up well. the smell was absolutely gorgeous, the bottles are small. 350 mils which is handy if you want to travel with them or take them to the gym. the downside to that is it runs out if you have a big family, so best if you keep it to yourself, and not share! it left my hair feeling full of volume and so, so shiny

I quite enjoyed using this because of the scent. It was also quite moisturising. However, it wasn't any different from other shampoos I've used and the bottle is quite small so I don't feel like it lasts as long. I personally prefer the papaya one for both scent and effect on hair.

Loved the look of the bottles, nice travelling size The consistency of the shampoo is not too thick and not too thin and runny You definitely do not need a lot when you wash your hair, I have very thick hair so I always need a bit more It has a nice smell too it, but not too overwhelming Afterwards when I dried my hair I could definitely feel and see a difference in my hair being softer, smoother and more managable. Even my friend who got the same product used it over the weekend and I could see a difference in her hair when she dried and straightened it Would definitely recommend

After having used the hair mask/leave in conditioner I was excited to try this product. The packaging was appealing and shampoo was easily dispersed. It had a gentle scent that was not overpowering. The shampoo lathered well and rinsed out easily, leaving my hair feeling clean and free of hair product. Worked well at smoothing my unruly curly hair in conjunction with the conditioner. I will definitely be purchasing this product again.
