I got this product from Goodie Box either last November or dec. Was very excited when I first got it because I was running out of my batise dry shampoo, also it's my favorite coconut scent. The scent was really nice. However, I didn't find it work particularly well for my hair, it was easy to get rid of the visible white powder in your hair with a couple of tosses, it just did not absorb the oil in my hair that well, neither did it give me the big hair effect some other dry shampoo gave me. I would not recommend this product.

I must be the only one who doesn't like this but what a horrible product! It didn't work for me at all.. I have been using batiste and found it worked well but was pricy and you used a lot.. This was horrible. It made my hair really greasy, made no difference what so ever and made my hair look awful! It also left no nice coconut scent in my hair.. I was so excited to try this after reading reviews, maybe I got a dud? I don't know but this was horrible on my hair. I have thick wavy hair, that is generally pretty good at the roots.. No idea what was up with this.. I followed the instructions to the letter. Not for me! Wouldn't recommend!
Tips: Stick to batiste.
This smells yum. It's also a fantastic dry shampoo and removes most excess oil (my oil is super oily, so removing it all is impossible without washing). As well as loving the smell, I really like the price. Where I am, this is the most affordable dry shampoo. Unfortunately it does leave a white residue but most do. I've tried dry shampoo for dark hair and for some reason it left my hair feeling awful, so I went back to this and have just learnt to distribute with fingers after spraying and comb out evenly.
Tips: I completely agree with the tips already provided by rachael9501 and pfrench96. Remember to rub in with fingers and comb through hair and double check that you haven't left a few stray grey residue hairs :)
I was really pleased to recieve my can of Polished London Cornwall Coconut Dry Shampoo - it actually arrived on a day when I hadn't washed my hair so I was keen to try it straight away! I loved the smell of the dry shampoo and where I usually have to tie my hair back on a no wash day I was able to spray it at the roots and leave my hair down!
Tips: Make sure you check you hair before you go any where!! I sprayed mine and was about to head out but thought I would just check and having dark hair it looked like I had grey roots - a quick brush through with my fingers solved this so I would definitely check the mirror first!
I have extremely fine/thin limp hair that gets oily extremely fast. I'm talking within 8 hours of washing it. So finding the right dry shampoo is essential for me, not only to freshen my hair up and give it volume, but to prevent me from washing my hair everyday, as we all know that is the worst thing for your hair.
My main problem dry shampoo is finding one that doesn't go white when you spray it in your hair, i was hoping this wouldn't do it but unfortunately it does. Although not as bad as other brands i have tried (ie: Batiste, Tresemme, Toni and Guy).
It gives me a nice volume at the roots and what i love about it is it doesn't make my hair completely matte like other brands have, it leaves a slight sheen which adds to the illusion of freshly washed hair.
It smells devine (coconut heaven!) And is a decent sized can. I also found i don't need to use quite as much as the batiste which has been my usual brand before this.
At $10 bucks it's worth checking it out, i will be repurchasing this alot, that's for sure!
Tips: After spraying in, let sit in hair for about 30 seconds then using clean fingers massage into your roots and then use a natural bristle boar brush to distribute it evenly. This will help get rid of any white powder that may have appeared and smooth everything out. And if you have a round boar bristle brush, use it to create extra volume.
This also works great on freshly washed, straightened or curled hair to create extra volume, texture and dimension!
I love this shampoo as I often don’t have time to wash my locks properly and using this means I can go a few extra days without washing my hair.
Doesn’t dry my hair out and hasn’t caused any breakage or buildup from what I can tell. I’ve been using it every couple of days for about two months. Smells nice too!
Super handy if you’re out camping or tramping for a few days without showers and great for when you’re in a rush.
Highly recommend :)
Tips: Give it a good shake before using it. I like to spray it into my hand first and then distribute it as I feel I get a more even coverage that way. Also works straight onto your head but I’m yet to master that. Enjoy!
