I was happy that to find that there might be a dry shampoo that works on dark hair… I found I could till see a faint grey tinge to my hair. I tried less the next time and it was nearly gone but didn’t leave my hair feeling fresh.

Very good dry shampoo! Volumising and hides grease. It also does not leave white residue but still need to rub it in for best results. Be careful around hair line as sometimes tinting is visible!
Tips: Use with head upside down!
It's a fun product to try but it just doesn't work for my. Doesn't change the appearance of my hair but make it feel worse like putting hairspray in oily/dirty hair, just yuck. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
This is a solid favourite of mine. I have now repurchased the large bottle three times. One thing that drew me to this product, is because it is for Brunettes. I use this product on days when I don't wash my hair and it leaves my hair looking non-greasy.
An added bonus of this product is that it gives my hair volume, so I will often use it for this purpose. It is really easy to use.
Tips: If you know you won't be washing your hair the next day, apply this the night before! I read this tip somewhere else, and it is a game changer for me. You wake up with non-greasy hair! Fixing the problem before it is a problem!
Amazing dry shampoo but also helps disguise re growth and potentially greys too ! I like that if you over apply you don’t get a white shadow like the standard dry shampoo
When I used to dye my hair I used this Brunette dry shampoo, as it’s coloured and doesn’t leave any white residue. Just don’t get it on your clothes accidentally, it does leave a mark.
I love the smell of Bastiste Dry Shampoo, and I find it gives my hair volume and leaves it looking much better (less greasy).
Overall, it's a great product and does leave hair looking refreshed and much less greasy, allowing me to go for another day before having to wash my hair.
Tips: Don't get it on your clothes.
This is my go-to dry shampoo, especially as I have dark hair and other dry shampoos tend to leave white streaks in my hair. I love that this doesn't make my hair too heavy or chunky and the smell isn't too bad (almost a powdery smell?) which I don't really smell anymore after about a minute.
Tips: Spray this about 30cm away from your head, into your roots. If you need extra absorption, spray and let sit in your hair for about 5-10min - I'll usually do my skincare/makeup, then tip your head upside down and give it a good massage for extra volume; then brush out.
I love batiste! I usually use the floral scented can so when I saw one for brunettes in my trolley it went.
It is super simple to use, simply shake the can and spray all over your roots, let it sit then brush out. I love how this one can help cover any greys, it doesn't leave my hair covered in white powder.
Once brushed out it is magic and my hair looks clean and refreshed. The scent is quite powdery smelling but I don't mind it. I like to have a can of this on hand at all times as it is great for when I simply don't have the time to wash my hair or I just need a refresh.
Would totally recommend this for us dark haired beauties. Batiste you rock!
Definitely a step up for dark haired ladies, however I still found it looked slightly white. I didn't love it as much as I hoped, but certainly a better option for dark hair. It's also difficult to brush through, but once it's in it looks flawless. I also love the smell.
Tips: you gotta really brush this one through, otherwise you still get the telltale powder marks, sadly.
This dry shampoo works well to get rid of grease, with no annoying white residue to deal with. However if you do touch your hair, you might notice some brown tint on your fingers. I found it ran out quite quickly so haven't repurchased, but it did do what it said it would.
