Really liked this shampoo. A coin sized amount really left my hair clean without making it feel squeaky clean, no need to re wash!

Tips: A little goes a long way!
I'm undecided on this product. I have relatively soft hair with a glassy texture that tends to wash easily. I loved the scent of this shampoo it reminded me more of salon grade products. It soaped up well and left my hair feeling devoid of any oils or products, this meant I probably got another day out of my shampoo. Once blow dried, again, my hair felt very clean, not super soft and silky.
My concern would be that long-term my hair could end up being rather dry. I found the conditioner to be much the same. It felt great going on but I needed quite a lot, and it washed out completely leaving me with that sleek very over clean hair feeling.
Tips: Use in conjunction with a leave in moisture product such as argan oil so you don't miss that super soft hair feeling.
The first thing I noticed about the packaging was that it hasn't change one bit just the shape . The second thing I noticed was the smell was so nice I tried the shampoo but it made my hair dry im not sure if it was cause my hair had been coloured so much I used the condtioner it help my hair go smooth it took away the stringiness my hair was soft jus by not puting too much shampoo or conditoner in the palm of your hand jus gently massage it through then rinse it out with water using the shampoo 1st rinse it out then apply the conditoner do the same again. would I use it again yes i would I also think it would be a good product for other women looking for something to suite their hair type.
Tips: Try to not apply too much shampoo or conditonr when applying it to your hair gently massage it through then rinse it out with water
So the other day my Pantene sample finally arrived! The box smelt amazing!!! Anyway, but to my disappointment the product was quite average. Maybe I didn't use the product correctly, I don't know. After I dried my hair, the product made my hair slightly rough and coarse. Aside from that though, it made my hair smell really nice (only for a day though). Thanks, but no thanks Pantene. I'll stick to dove for now.
Tips: If you're planning to buy this product, I would recommend it to people with not dry hair.
I was given a great opportunity to trial this product :) firstly, it's a pretty good price for a supermarket hair care product. It does a great job compared to others I've tried on the market. Firstly I like the sleek white bottles, both the shampoo and conditioner can stand on their heads, easy to squeeze out the product as it is already sitting ready to come out, both of the bottles are slightly different shaped, making it a little easier to recondite which is which, there is slight indents for ease of hold. I like that the lid is easy to open but has a tight close. The shampoo product itself I had a bit of trouble the first application, it didn't lather/ bubble as much as other shampoos do, so I had to wash it out and ring my hair out from a lot of water and reapply, this time it lathered a lot more to my liking which was a little weird. The smell is soo good! And it stays in your hair, I even had a few comments today on how nice it smelt. When I washed it out, my hair didn't feel as soft as I expected, it was quite rouch and weird feeling but applying the conditioner made it soooooo silly and smooth! My hair feels a lot more hydrated and I can already notice that it is a lot stronger although it has a dull cast on my hair, it's not as bright/ shiny as usual, but it is still soft (and a tad fluffy which both my mum and I noticed, isn't great as my hair is naturally frizzy) I still think it's a great product as my hair feels like it has more moisture and it smells great!
Quite a strong smelling scent but still pleasant, not a lot of lather from the shampoo, though after only a couple of washes hair felt soft, light, not greasy and was easy to style, shinny finish without any additional products needed.
I have used many of the different lines Pantene has released over the years and was very excited to try out the new formula.
As far as drugstore hair care brands go I think Pantene does a very good job at offering a decent product considering the price tag.
The first time I used the shampoo and conditioner I wasn't very impressed. I let my hair dry naturally to get a better idea of the product itself. It left my hair much fluffier than the previous product I had been using but it did feel nice and clean as well as very soft.
The second time I used it however I let my hair air dry again and this time it seemed to work much better. My curls formed nicely and had a bit of shine to them.
The third time I used it I blow dried my hair and straightened it. Whilst the ends needed a little serum the roots were super smooth and had a nice amount of volume.
All in all I think that for the price point this is a nice product and will definitely repurchase from the Pantene range as I have so much history with the brand I trust the results I will get from it.
Tips: As all products work differently for different people I thought I would let you know that my hair type is waist length, curly, lightly ombred. I have a sensitive scalp and dry ends of my hair.
I found it did make my hair feel a lot more nourished, though also quite stringy/wirey. I normally use very 'true-to-nature' shampoos so I think with this shampoo it may have stripped more than the usual amount of my natural oils from my hair than usual - but it still stayed very controlled and shiny when dried and straightened. Nice, though didn't grant me the same feel my hair gets when I leave as many natural oils in as possible.
Oh no Pantene is back,!!!! No it's ok, you can relax they have listened to the people and have done their research and changed the formula ! To be honest I was dreading the same old smell and the same silicon-y texture but was surprised when I finished applying the shampoo. Great start already. It did clean my hair but I found that I had to use more product than usual to get a real clean and get the build up out ( I was sure not to over wash) . After the hair had the "squeaky clean " noise!? The conditioner was lovely I found worked best if left on for a couple of minutes to sink right in. I was able to finger comb my hair. Overall a nice change for Pantene. In the future I would use it if it was in the shower more so the conditioner, bit wary of the shampoo and the effect of the squeaky noise.
Tips: Leave the conditioner in for a deep condition, perfect for a finger comb .. Don't use a brush in the shower .. Wrecks the hair when it is wet and vulnerable
Smells amazing! The shampoo a little goes a long way and the conditioner was very creamy. As soon as I opened the box the first thing I noticed was the amazing smell. It did feel a little better than other pantene shampoo and conditioner however I got 4 washes out of it so cannot confirm if it is better or not.
