essano Weightless Moisture Conditioner

I was excited to receive this in the 'I can't believe it's hair 2' beauty box. I love anything coconut and had been eyeing this up at the supermarket. The price is a little steep at $16 but I would buy it if it was on special.

It comes in a cute pink bottle which I think is gorgeous packaging. The lid is one where you push down on one side and the other side pops up. My gripe with the bottle is it is so hard to get the conditioner out as it is so thick so you have to bang it upside down which is really annoying. The plastic bottle is just too hard to squeeze. It would be great if they could change this.

The conditioner itself is gorgeous on my hair. It makes it feel incredibly soft and the smell is delicious. I leave it on for about 5 minutes. You don't need a lot and I feel a little goes a long way. It washes out easily.

My hair once dry is left frizz free which is great and super soft. It works wonders on my hair. I love that the smell lingers. It smells fresh and clean. I feel like it helps my hair stay cleaner for longer also.

I use this in conjunction with the matching shampoo and they are a great combo. I hope they sort the bottle issue out as that is the only downside of this conditioner.

I bought this shampoo and the conditioner at the supermarket after feeling my hair was dry and dull. It had been through a few colouring sessions as well, so it was needing some moisture. I had wanted to try this for a while and it was on special at the supermarket so I got it.

The bottle/packaging is lovely. The conditioner does take a good shake and mighty squeeze to come out of the bottle - that's the only problem with the packaging. A little goes a long way with the conditioner which is great.

The thing you notice the most is the amazingly scrummy coconut scent from the conditioner (and the shampoo!) - it's gorgeous. The conditioner goes on and feels silky. It tends to work through the hair nicely. I leave it on for a good couple of minutes before rinsing, and my hair feels great. Afterwards, the coconut scent lingers in your hair, and smells lovely. Styling is a breeze and hair is noticeable heathier, bouncy and has more shine to it. It certainly hydrates and is great if you have fine, and dry hair

I really love this conditioner, and will likely stick with it

Okay, first of all LOVE everything about this conditoner- I think my favourite part is the fact that my hair could be a bird nest and after leaving this on my hair for a good 5 or so minutes it's completely detangled and soft!

I like the fact that a a little goes a really long way- I have long thick hair so using less product is important for smaller impact to the wallet!!

I've definitely found that my hair is in much better condition since using this (and the shampoo)

I received this product in the BBBE You Won't Believe It's Hair box and have been using it for the last 2 and a half months. I have used a couple of Essano products now and had high expectations for this product.

Like the rest of the Essano brand the packaging is a gorgeous rose pink. The smell is beautiful like a bouquet of flowers. I like the smell and don't find it overpowering.

Results: I found it just okay. This conditioner was no where near as hydrating as I expected it to be. Don't get me wrong my hair is a bit soft, just not as soft or smooth as a previous conditioner of a different brand I was using before trying this one.

I wouldn't repurchase this, it doesn't work for me.

I liked the essano coconut shampoo so I purchased the matching conditioner and it performed well in combination. I did find the dispenser got a bit clogged when I was away for a couple of weeks and it too a bit to get it going again. I did not feel my hair was particularly shiny after this product but honestly I thin kthat might be due to the chlorine in the water this time of year (summer) and the sheer amount of shampoo you go through with the heat.

Much like the matching shampoo in the range I like the packaging - the pretty pink is lovely.

The scent on the conditioner is nicer than the scent on the shampoo - more coconutty.

However I don't feel like it gets the job done. The texture isn't as thick as I like and once I rinse the conditioner out my hair feels not so smooth and it's more tangled than I'd like once I've towel-dried it.

Much like the shampoo it's been put in the corner of the shower for the days I need conditioner and don't have a favourite on hand.

If you like a coconut scent, get this - but perhaps don't expect it to rock your world in terms of smoothing or hydration.

I wasn't expecting great things from this conditioner because the reviews weren't overly positive, but i was pleasantly surprised. Firstly, the smell. OMG. It is to die for and is hands down the most divine smelling conditioner I have ever used. It is super sweet and even my partner commented on it. I would buy it again purely based on this. Secondly, it leaves my hair feeling noticeably softer after each use and after using for a couple of weeks, the general condition of my hair is better with fewer flyaways. The bottle is gorgeous but my only gripe with this product is that it is quite hard to get out of the bottle, even from full. I'll probably end up taking the lid off entirely once it's below half full because the bottle is just so firm that squeezing out the product is difficult.

I have the shampoo version which I use with this product, and while they both smell amazing, I find that the conditioner is not as good as the shampoo. I find the product too difficult to get out of the bottle (I leave it in the shower with no lid and have to smack the bottle lots to get the product out), this alone makes me reconsider buying either of the two products which is a shame. It is fine as an everyday conditioner, however at the price point I don't believe it to be worth it.

Similar to my review for the shampoo in this range, I do love the ingredients, smell, and bottle, and Essano as a brand over all is generally divine. Unfortunately, however, this product is just not moisturising enough for my hair, despite the promises and the price. I suspect if your hair is in really good health and not overly treated, then it's likely suitable. But sadly it leaves my hair frizzier than ever.

I received this conditioner as part of a Best Beauty Box Ever. I love the Essano range. I think they make really great products at a very affordable price. I was very interested to try their haircare products when they were released. My own hair is very dry and fine, but there is a lot of it. I am always looking for products that will put moisture back into my hair.

Essano’s coconut milk conditioner comes in exactly the same packaging as their shampoo. The bottle is tall and round, and hot pink in colour, with a flat, black lid. The lid flips open, and with its flat top, is easy to stand on its head when the product in the bottle gets low. However, like the shampoo, the opening on the nozzle is very small, which makes it hard to get the product out of the bottle. The bottle contains 300ml.

The coconut milk hydrating conditioner claims to “combat dull, limp hair”, and to contain coconut milk, paw paw, frangipani and plant proteins. It is not tested on animals and is sulphate free. The product itself is a pearly white colour, and is fairly liquid in consistency. Aside from the nozzle issue, I found it easy to apply to my hair, and to rinse out afterwards. It smells very nice and very sweet. Much more like the frangipani that it contains, than of coconut, to my nose.

I have been using this for a few months on my hair. I have not noticed a huge difference in how moisturised it feels. For my hair this conditioner was just average. I think it is a good option if you are looking for an affordable conditioner, from a reliable brand, that does the job and smells nice.
