I've been using the Ethique shampoo bars for awhile, but I found that I got through them super fast (the shampoo bars don't hold up as well as the body bars or the conditioner in my experience), and I noticed that this product was roughly half the price of Ethique so I thought I'd give it a try.
It does say smooth and nourish, and I think it delivers on that front. I have very little frizz after washing my hair with this bar, and while it isn't the best one I've used for the Curly Girl Method, I still had some reasonably nice waves.
My only complaint is that I find the smell really overwhelming? Maybe it's a me-thing, but it's got a bit of a Nana soap scent that lingers in my hair the day after too.
Lathers up really well and it super easy to use. Leave my hair feeling really clean, but I definitely have to use a conditioner with it or my hair is left really dry. Smells gorgeous. I will definitely use this regularly.
