Brought for my son , big fan of banana ..and thought I'd try it too I've tried it as a leave in conditioner. I'll admit I'm not q fan of the smell but it seems to be a great leave in I'd probably use it again.

Smells like banana - delicious! Although if you don't like fragrance this isn't for you because it's quite a strong smell.
You can use this as a regular conditioner, hair mask or a leave in. I think it's so great that this can be used for more than one thing. I used it mostly as a hair mask a few times a week.
It's very moisturizing without weighing down your hair, which is something I loved. I found it really helped moisturize my dry ends but wasn't too heavy.
Loved how much you get in the container, how easy it is to find in the shops, and that it's cruelty free with mostly natural ingredients. This paired really well with the banana shampoo bar and helped keep dry frizziness at bay for me.
Love my hair smelling like banana.
Tips: I used a wide toothed comb to spread this product evenly throughout my hair, focusing on the lengths/ends rather than the scalp to avoid greasiness at the roots.
When you open the container you get a beautiful aroma! I used this in all ways it suggested you do, but I loved the effect most when I put it into my wet hair before running the brush through or drying with the hair dryer. My hair was soft, shiny and smelt gorgeous. I found it best teamed with my normal shampoo, rather than the same scent in a shampoo bar.
Very good pot of conditioner. A sizeable amount, great consistency (you don’t need a whole lot to cover shoulder length hair), and the smell is not overpoweringly banana. The price is fair for the amount you get in a pot, and especially considering that you can use this product 3 ways: conditioner, mask, or leave-in. For me, the results weren’t tremendous, but I do have very dry hair naturally and often dye it at home. I do find that using these Garnier conditioners helps a TONNE to keep my hair shiny and voluminous.
A really yummy smell, like a banana cinnamon smoothie, the smell lasts well and gets less 'foody' and more pleasing when hair dries. This conditioned my hair well when rinsing out in the shower, and when not rinsing it was good for the hair ends, wouldn't put it in dry hair further up though because it makes the hair look separated and strandy. I have thin straight hair and it didn't bog me down too much, it felt nicely healthy after use. One downside is the container is annoying to use in the shower, water gets in easily.
Tips: Good in damp hair as a leave-in on split ends/dry ends
Brought this to try after I used a Shampoo that dried my hair out. I couldn't brush it without it knotting and kept breaking my hair. But after just two washes with this product and NY hair already feels softer and less knotty. I hope to continue to see more improvement with my hair as I continue to use it.
This product has been great to use. I was a little apprehensive at first with it being banana but it has had great results when using as a mask or running it through after a shower. Hair is soft and easy to manage.
Tips: I cannot go past the mask, give your hair a good wash and sleep in it for a night before rinsing in the morning before work.
This stuff is amazing. The smell is delicious and strong - long lasting as well. It always leaves my hair feeling soft and looking healthy and shiny. I always make sure to stay stocked up on this product and can't emphasize enough on how amazing it is.
It was love at first wash! This is a seriously good hair mask or one-wash treatment, and it smells good enough to eat. I adore the container, as it means no scrabbling to get the last of the product (I have wasted the last part of so many expensive hair products due to the packaging and it really annoys me - not so with this product). I only left it in for about 30 seconds on both washes, and yet my hair has been much silkier and softer. And all for a much more reasonable price compared to other hair mask brands! And trust me, my hair is dry and brittle, due to being fine and bleached blonde at the hairdresser's every 5-6 weeks. I'm really impressed. I'd like to buy again, I just want to clarify Garnier's cruelty-free stance as there seems to be mixed information on the interwebs. But this really is a great product.
I saw these on sale at Countdown so thought I'd give it a go after mixed reviews online. I use this on both my daughters hair and mine. I've found it does more for my daughter than me, used while hair is damp and just a small amount on finger tips, then brushed through.
It definitely hydrates the hair and makes it easier to brush. The banana smell is not too much either. My ends are still a little frizzy but I just keep applying this when needed. I'll continue to use this product as after more uses it may do more for my hair. But definitely helping my daughters hair and we both have wavy dry hair.
Tips: Can be used as a conditioner or on damp hair and left in. Apply small amounts at a time so you don't over do it, and doesn't need to be used everyday.
