This shampoo did the job, it was easy to lather up and get my hair clean which was good, but my hair was extremely frizzy afterwards and didn't feel repaired at all afterwards, just felt the same as any other shampoo. For the price it is not too bad, but I don't think it did what is said it would. Biggest benefit was the smell :D

I have damaged hair from a balayage disaster 6 months ago and I'm still dealing with the results from that so my poor hair is slowly trying to get back to its former glory. I have been using other repair shampoo and conditioners so was keen to give this a go as hair repair products can be on the pricey side. This shampoo does what its meant to and cleans your hair but I don't think after using this my hair felt particularly "nourished" like the bottle claims. I found the smell to be quite strong which I personally don't like and once my hair was dry the smell was still quite apparent. Overall its a shampoo I wouldn't go out and buy, it did the job of cleaning my hair and I don't like the smell.
Shampoo is one of those products I always have trouble finding a good quality one that lasts a long time. My hair type is coloured and damaged. I'm looking for a product that can repair the damage as well as making my hair colour last longer.
The packaging of this bottle is quite small . For my thick hair this might stretch out and last a month if I cut my washed back to a couple a week.
Consistency of this shampoo is runny liquid . It's a yellow opaque colour. The scent of it remind me of fresh fruits .
Application lathers up in my hair like a dream. My scalp feels invigorated by this shampoo. My hairs so thick I need at least two to three applications to make the clean worth while.
My results is clean hair . Normally my hair gets knotty with shampoo not with this one. Price wise I think it could be cheaper for its size . Otherwise it was ok . I like that it's easy enough for me to repurchase in stores.
I have dry damaged hair so I was happy to have been selected to trial this range. I have been using this daily for 7 days. A small amount of product is required and it lathers up nicely and washed and cleans your hair really wel. It does have a slight fruity smell but it’s not too strong or unpleasant. After the wash hair is manageable and feels pretty soft. Overall a good product.
Tips: Gentle enough for daily use.
Thank you beauty review for giving me the chance to review this product. I have extremely dry and damaged hair due to blonde lightening to keep me ashy. Unfortunately it takes a toll on my hair. I have been using this product a couple of times this week as I only wash my hair twice a week. It has a lovely fruity fragrance which I love! The shampoo makes my hair feel lovely and clean and it doesn’t leave my hair weighed down like some repair products tend to do. After straightening my hair my hair felt lovely and soft. Still too early to tell if it has helped my hair. I look forward to seeing results after using the product for a longer period of time.
Tips: Use along side the conditioner
This shampoo was quite nice to use. The first thing I noticed and appreciated was the packaging - the lid is easy to open which is great when you have wet hands in the shower. Like the conditioner, this shampoo smells really nice and fruity - I always appreciate a nice smelling shampoo.
I also really liked how much this shampoo foamed up, my hair is quite dry and damaged so shampoo tends not to foam up too well when I shampoo the first time, but with this one I didn't need to shampoo twice like usual.
The actual final product of my hair after using this shampoo was pretty anticlimactic. Because it was so foaming I expected it to be nourishing and hydrating, but my hair felt pretty much the same after using it. It's definitely not a bad product, I just have other shampoos I like a lot more that give me the things I want from a shampoo.
I don't really have too much more to say about this product because it wasn't at either end of the great-terrible spectrum. It's a nice product to pick up if you run out of your normal shampoo and need a quick replacement, I don't think it would disappoint you as it does what it's meant to - just not as well as it could.
Tips: This shampoo is good for quick showers because it foams up fast, so you'll probably just need to shampoo once with this one.
I've often had issues with shampoos that have done the opposite of nourishing my hair and have always had to use a conditioner every time I've shampooed or not use shampoo at all. I've never been able to use shampoo on its own but I thought I'd give Garnier Fructis Nutri-Repair 3 a go and see what happens. I've been pleasantly surprised. My hair is a challenge at the best of times so I didn't hold out much hope (see Worzel Gummidge photos for reference). Usually, if I'm silly enough to only use shampoo, a great deal of pain ensues trying to brush my hair afterwards. Not so after using this product. There were no tangles, tantrums or tears at all. It's been a very short trial period so I'm looking forward to using the product over the next week or so and seeing what the results are. The ingredients are beautiful - olive, avocado and shea oils - all designed to nurture and restore your hair and it's great to see that it's a paraben-free product. I'm very keen to see the results over the next few weeks.
I absolutely love this product but sadly won't be using it again. It smelsl absolutely divine - as in "sitting at my desk smelling my hair all day" divine - and left my hair so soft and shiny.
However I unfortunately developed a really dry, itchy and flaky scalp while using it, which is a real shame, especially as they are 'nasty-free'.
From the very first wash I noticed a difference in my hair, both in terms of softness and shine. It was easier to get my tangles combed out after washing my hair and I noticed a significant reduction in the amount of hair that I lost on my brush as well.
I would (and I have done) recommend this product to all my friends and family to try. My sister has tried it already and absolutely loves it, and so far has had no issues with her scalp.
Tips: If you notice your scalp becoming itchy on your second or third wash, don't continue. And don't get caught by your boss sitting there staring into space smelling your hair when you should be typing a report!
A very nourishing shampoo nice for dry hair. This thick and creamy light yellow shampoo is packed full of nutritious goodness, that even i found that there’s really no point in using a conditioner, which i rarely go without. None of that overly squeeky clean feeling, or kinky knots in the shower. Yippie..
After blow drying, my hair felt smooth and soft to the touch, with the nice healthy texture that i love.
If i used conditioner after this shampoo, i found the nice, soft and flowy hair you get after washing doesn’t last as long, probably due to the build up of excess oils. On the third day, it gets a little greasier than usual up in the roots and i see a bit of dandruff.
Without conditioner, i could still feel a bit of greasiness coming after the second day, but not a major problem.
Overall, it’s a very nice and affordable shampoo to use once in a while when i feel my hair is a bit dry, or when i need to save some money from buying a conditioner, but wouldn’t recommend using this shampoo daily for those with oily roots or those with dandruff problems.
I have bleach blonde hair, it’s very damaged. I was excited when I got this in the mail! As I mostly use high end haircare. I am always looking for hair care that is cheaper but also good. I found this shampoo to be just your average supermarket brand that doesn’t help repair. I had to use a decent amount of product to get it to even bubble up and go all over my hair. It didn’t feel great when washing out and left my hair feeling like it needed a good conditioner. Overall if I was on a very tight budget I’d buy it but other wise I wouldn’t bother. I’d recommend to my family and friends but won’t be raving to them about it.
