I'm always keen to try something different with my hair, so I was excited by the opportunity to try the shade of this product. Currently my hair is light brown. The product was easy to apply - Mix as directed and apply to your hair. According to the instructions leaving the colour in for 20-25 minutes would produce the strongest effect. Washing out and using the conditioner provided resulted in shiny rich and healthy looking hair.

Tips: I cover my hair with cling wrap once the colour solution is on to increase natural heat and depth.
I colour my hair every 3 months or so, I am not too fussed on which brand I use so when I saw this on sale for $6 I grabbed a box.
I dye my hair black and I have a few random greys so a sign of a great dye is if it covers those pesky little suckers, this definitely does a great job.
It doesn't have an overpowering chemical smell and I find it quick and easy to apply. I leave on for around 30 mins then wash out. My hair is left looking super shiny and jet black.
I am really happy with the results from this dye. Very affordable and does an amazing job. I would use it again for sure.
I've been using this brand of hairdye for more than a decade! That's a scary thought.
It has lots of pros: - it's easy to apply - is a reasonable price (especially if you get it on special) - is available from supermarkets and places like Kmart - it comes with gloves that don't leak - it comes with an amazing conditioning treatment - I really, REALLY wish they sold this as a standalone product! - even though it does smell like chemicals when you're applying it (and also slightly for a day or two afterwards), it's not too bad and is to be expected really. - the colour lasts a long time, although it may change a bit over time. I have brown hair and use a mahogany red colour, which starts off for a couple of days as an almost black with red/slightly purple tinge, then changes to a dark brown with rich red hue for a month or so, then settles into something similar to my normal brunette colour but richer and with a golden tinge. I can definitely tell when I'm getting regrowth, just by the dullness of colour in comparison! It does a great job in disguising the greys too.
Tips: Add a little water to the conditioning bottle after the first use (and shake to mix it) to make it last longer!
Being a hairdresser it was so hard to go back to buying boxed hair colour…as I was no longer working in a salon that did colour….so I found this beauty so happy with the result it gave. My hair felt nice afterwards, with beautiful shine smells good too, covered my greys which is a must, affordable price :)
Tips: I do recommend that if you are wanting full coverage you will need to go a shade darker than what you have or it won’t colour the those lovely natural highlights popping through. Happy colouring ;)
As a fine grower of grey hair since the age of 14, I have tried many brands of hair colour in my time. None have made my hair look as healthy as feel as silky as Garnier Nutrisse. I have quite long hair, but I generally only colour my regrowth alone, every 6-8 weeks so the amount of product is not an issue. Love the little conditioner, smells great and lasts at least 2 more washes after initial use. Only con is the little tab that you tear off the bottle often leaves a tiny sharp point at the tip, but the price of Nutrisse is actually so budget friendly it's not something that would stop me from purchasing!
I have used this brand of hair colour for many years now and have alwsys found it to be very easy to use with no fuss. The colour is alway very close to what is stated on the box and it leaves my hair soft and shiny.
First time i ever colored my hair i did it this color and it actually turned my hair quite red as i was blonde before. Color didn't fade quickly and the smell wasn't too strong. made my hair feel good and didn't dry it out.
I love the fiery red colour. I use it every month without a dought. It's amazing I would never change brands now that iv found this one. I also get a few blonde, caramel foils put in my hair then put the firey red over top of it, it makes such an amazing look kith the brighter red foils through out. This always makes my hair so shiney and soft it's amazing. Its really nice smelling unlike some others that are quite strong and fumey. I really like the conditioner that comes with it, i try and make it last a few washes as it makes my hair so nice and soft
I have used many different brands in my time of colouring hair, ive found garnier to be soft and gentle on my hair leaving a beautiful shine, and the fragrance is just yummy. Ive used garnier blondes through to its rich browns and always been happy.
Tips: Pick a colour which suits your skin tones and use 2 boxes for long or thick hair
I love this brand, it's the only one I use! It's available at Pak'n'Save, it's inexpensive, doesn't drip and it covers all my grey's and makes my hair super shiny!
Tips: Make sure you've got everything ready before you start. Nothing worse than running around looking for a clip or a towel when you're halfway through!
