GHD V Gold Classic Styler Review

I love these.I purchased my GHD nearly 8 years ago and then they cost me just under $500 @ $480. I was willing to pay the price for them as I had been In despair for ages wanting them. I've used other straighteners and these are in a league of their own. Professional results every time.

They always come with extras and mine came with a roll bag,travel case which doubles as a heat mat. Which rolls around the outside of the bag and clips onto the bag with magnetic clips. Also included were two hair clips to use when separating in parts to straighten. The straighteners itself has a special timer function, when turning on it beeps when fully heated for use and when sitting idle for 30 mins it beeps and turns onto standby. Which is a great function for if you forget to turn it off. The plates are of high quality and glide thru the hair efficiently. Giving you results of professionals.

GHD straightners are the bees knees. The best straightners I have ever used. Not only does my hair stay beautifully straight all day, I don't get oily roots like I have had in the past with other straightners.

GHD's are definitely an investment but well worth it. Mine have travelled NZ and the world with me, permanently live in my gym bag/overnight bag. They travel well and don't take up too much space.

They are super easy to curl with too.

I purchased my pair of GHDs to replace a remington set 6 years ago and they still work as well as the day I got them! They have a sleek design and a non tangle cord (which is brilliant) and are really easy to hold making them simple to use. I have a thick head of long hair and i get get my hair poker straight in 15-20 mins with my GHDs. I only wish there was a variable temp control (but lets be honest, I'd still always use them on full!) I bought a set of wide plate Cloud 9s last year and although I prefer these (the wider plates get the job do e just a bit quicker) I still wouldnt hesitate to buy another set of GHDs. Theyre expensive, but you really do get what you pay for!

Infact, I own one that I've had for over 6 years and it is still going strong!! I love that it offers a clean and precise straighten with the ability to smooth even the most tangled and over the top wavy/curly hair. I have always had short/medium hair using my GHD's but it has always been normally unmanageable! But it is great how easily these work! With the non tangle cord and how well they work they truly are me old faithful buddies!!

I have had the original GHD styler for about 2 years now. I have had no problems with it and I love all the features about it. One morning while I was getting ready I left my straightner on and the technical feature kicked in and the straightner turned the elements off as the security feature. I love this as I have had old straightners in the past where I have accidentally left it on and it has burnt my blanket or burnt the plastic surrounding the elements. I also love the silky finish it gives on my hair it definitely does give me a Good Hair Day which I love. I couldn't never live without my straightner. Also I love the feature where the elements won't turn on unless you wipe down the elements especially in damp or cold mornings. This protects the circut wiring and prevent short circuits which love. I have to say with all the added features and the silky smooth finish it gives to my hair. This straightner is the BEST!!

I love this hair straightener, It has such a smooth glide to it and doesn't pull my hair at all! This hair straightener heats up in seconds and leaves my hair feeling smooth and straight in no time at all :) I also use this hair straightener to curl my hair as it has a nice rounded shape to it, and I am also able to create beautiful loose waves that will last all day.

I have used a few different straightners over the years, GHD you can't go past. Heats instantly, glides through hair, and straight in two sweeps. I can literally straighten my hair in 4 minutes. There is no going back once you have used GHD's.

These are the only hair straighteners I have ever used. I remember when I got my first job I was so excited to buy my first pair of ghd's (I have since updated 3 times) . And they have never failed me! They straighten my hair nicely without leaving lines down my hair and they don't pull at all.

I have never been able to master doing ghd curls on myself but they are so easy to do on others. One tip spray your hair with hair spray before and after curling to make sure it holds as best as it can.

I love how it turns its self off with in 30mins. The amount of times that iv done my hair and gone out afterwards just to remember I haven't turned my straightener off, but that's no problem when it will do it its self.

These are the best straighteners I have ever used. I couldn't say anything bad about this brand, as I have loved everything they have released (That I have tried :P) These straighteners do exactly what you want to achieve, the perfect straight hair without any frizziness, flyaways, etc. They are anti-static, and very smoothing. I was inlove from the very first use.

I cannot recommend this anymore than I do, because GHD really do give you a good hair day.
