Head and Shoulders 2 in 1 Dry Scalp Shampoo and Conditioner Review

I have tried almost ALL the dandruff shampoos out there (including a whole lot of the head and shoulders range) and I am sadly always disappointed and this one is no exception. Did it leave me dandruff free? No. I noticed flakes in my hair almost immediately. It left my hair feeling like straw not to mention the amount of colour it removed :( It claims to sooth an itchy scalp but it really, really didn't do that. Also 50% less frizz? No way... it was frizzier than ever.

I never learn!

It's just so cheap and I hate spending heaps on my hair but so far medicated chemist shampoos are the only thing that can solve the embarrassing dandruff situation.

I hate to be sad but, this product I did not like one bit. Yes, its convenient having both the shampoo and conditioner in one product but, your not getting good value for your money. After I use this product, my hair ends up feeling ten times more tangled and stringy. I must say that it does what it says its gonna do (dry scalp), so perfect for that. But just that one area alone.

I noticed I had a lot of dandruff, so at the recommendation of others I brought this, much to my surprise at the high price. I thought quality would warrant the price. I was very very wrong. First use caused my hair to dry out and caused major frizz (I dont normally have an issue with frizz). I struggled to get it in to a lather and work into my hair. Once washed out was stringy and yuck. I thought give it a few goes, wish I hadn't. It continued to dry my hair out, and I noticed no improvement with the dandruff. For such a well known brand I'm shocked with the let down of the product and the steep price. would not recommend to anyone

For me this product dried my hair out and made my scalp worse in time. The fact its 2in1 saved me time

First off, it smelt bad! though that was something I could forgive if it did a good job. I had a bit of a flaky scalp at this point and wanted to fix that while caring for my hair. Scalp stopped being as flaky, but goodness did this do a number on my hair! It ended up dry and brittle. A no-go for me.

Definitely did nothing for me or my son as I bought it for the both of us. 1st you need an extra conditioner as it dried out my hair more and does not reduce frizz. 2nd it did not really better the condition of my scalp. It was maybe a little better for a day but on day 3 the dry itchy flaky scalp was back.

This product may work but for someone with dyed hair it’s not great. It really dried my hair out hugely and it felt quite stringy.

I didn’t use it again and wouldn’t recommend it if you have damaged dry hair normally.

Didn’t notice it helped in anyway either but perhaps would need to use it more
