InStyler Rotating Hot Iron Hair Styler

Ive been a haidresser for the last 12 years and this something i would not recommend! I was given this to try for a week & have to say It does an ok job of straightening and curling my hair but i imagine it would be extremley damaging after long periods of time. It creates a puff of smoke and an awful smell that can only mean one thing, it also gets very very hot.

I didn't enjoy mt use of this product at all. Its not what I thought it was and I would never use it again. This product is not worth what its selling for these days and I dont recommend it at all

When I first got this I got it as a Christmas present, I thought that it would be fun and easy, but it honestly ripped out and damaged more hair then it straightened or curled, it wasn't my favorite at all, I honestly wouldn't recommend it.

This product didn't work for me at all. I don't know if it was just my hair type but it was pretty pathetic at straightening my hair! I would rather just stick to my hair straightener. I could never get the curling to work either. I tried many times but it was rotating and it was so hard to work. Not sure if I just need more practice or it just doesn't work? I got given this so thankfully I didn't waste $125 on it.

Made hair really static like and definitely not smooth. Also took so much longer than just using a straightening iron.

If your going to invest this much money on a product that is disappointing you might as well keep saving and by a cloud 9 or Ghd. Hair was still frizzy took ages and was noisy. A good straightener can achieve pretty much any look

I was given this as a gift this July (2018), thank goodness I did not buy it! This was something that I have wanted for a while now. It is so easy to use, settings are simple, it doesn't take long to heat, and it is light and fits well in your hand. I was hoping that this would replace my straightener and brush, I also wanted something that I could use to curl my hair effortlessly without trying to use different tools. However, it didn't curl at all - just a little wave on the ends and it really bulked my hair - which is what I didn't want! To get my hair as straight as this would allow it, it not only took a long time working on a section, it left it frizzy. I ended up giving this to a friend who has fine, short shoulder length hair - she swears by it. My hair is normally hard to manage anyway, but it still does well with Hair Straighteners - this however I will never buy or use again.

My mum recommended this to me because it worked for her, as for myself it didnt do anything amazing. I dont like that it can only be controlled with one hand, i kept burning my hand. I have thick hair and it kept getting caught in the roller. Not a pleasant feeling at all. Because i have thick hair i had to go over the same patch a few times and still it didnt give the desired results.
