L'Oreal Series Expert Liss Ultime Perfecting Serum

This is a shine perfecting serum that can be used on washed hair. Its light watery consistency confused me first when I bought it as the serums I had used earlier were quite heavy in consistency and this one was watery. However, after using it I realized that it is this watery consistency that provides light conditioning to the hair if used properly without leaving them feeling greasy and oily. Though its named a shine perfecting serum but I could not notice any shine on hair after using it, but it definitely tamed my dry frizzy and flying hair. So it definitely does its primary function fairly. My hair feel smoother and manageable after using it. It has a mild floral smell and its packaging is attractive and functional too. the transparent bottle with a purple tinge makes it alluring and also you get to know how much quantity have you used. The locking and unlocking pattern on the pump ensures serum doesn't get wasted. However it doesn't last too long. It lasted just a couple of hours on my hair(I have long black hair). Overall, its a nice serum and if only the shining could get better as it hardly gave any shine.

Just another hair serum. I haven't noticed any amazing results using this product, but it does what I need it to do, so I'm happy. The smell is pleasant, and it's non greasy if you apply small amounts at a time. I run it through my straight hair to give it that 'wet look', I do need to re-apply throughout the day, but that's my own personal preference. The only thing I hate about it, is the fact that the bottle leaks when it's not sitting upright. It leaked all through my bag. It could just be a faulty bottle, but still very disappointing.
