Lady Jayne Flexi-Glide Brush Large

What I like about these brushes is how they feel on my scalp when I run them through my hair. It's almost like a scalp stimulation and when done gently and softly is like a bit of a massage which is a bit therapeutic especially if you can get someone to do it for you. The bristles sort of feel like they are cleaning too sweeping oil off your roots and adding shine as it it gently moved down the hair shaft. It's a little bit like a comb in the sense that I think these type of brushes don't make hair as frizzy as other brushes do or scratch. Being flexible I think helps do less breakage of your hair too. I did wonder if this brush was going to break though but it hasn't so far. The open parts seem to make this brush easier to clean too. I do prefer a oval one for some reason though as I have long hair but it is fine not thick so I think the oblong shale is maybe a bit too big. This brush is favoured by my daughters too for getting out the tangles less painfully.

This brush is great if you like a gentle scalp massage. The design of the brush makes it so that even if you use heavy pressure, it wont press down on your scalp too hard. At first I thought it wasn't that great, but as I used it more frequently, I have realised I prefer it over my usual detangler brush. I love how big it is, the curve of the brush is perfect for my head. I love how gentle it is and it doesn't make my hair ends frizzy like my usual brush does. I highly recommend!

I was excited to receive the Lady Jayne Flexi-Glide Brush Large as I have two girls, one very sensitive to brushing her hair. Any brush that makes our morning routine happier is a win for us!

One of my girls (the more sensitive one) has long thick hair while my other daughter and myself have long fine hair. We found this brush great for both hair types.

My first impressions were that it wasn't like previous detangling brushes we have tried. It is very large and comfy to grip. The purple colour was a win with my girls and they liked the funky-looking design of the back plastic. The bristles were thicker than other detangling brushes and therefore a little harder on the scalp so I did wonder how the girls would find it but I think because of this it got through the tangles more effectively so less brushing time was needed.

The brush curves inwards so it feels like it covers a large area of your head at once. The girls loved this! I found it a little unusual as it feels quite different to standard brushes.

Overall this is a great brush. It does what it says it does, it really brushes hair with ease. I am not sure if I have noticed less hair breakage but that is a big plus if less breakage has been happening.

It has made our morning hair for school quicker with fewer complaints and it brushes through wet hair easily as well. We will continue to use this brush and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a large versatile brush.

Great detangling brush for wet or dry hair, gentle but effective and bonus head massage. I have fine but a lot of hair that seems to get tangled easily, so this brush is perfect. It’s great for using in the shower and brushing through conditioner to make sure it’s all covered, without pulling and tugging. My kids have also loved it due to it being light that can easily brush their own hair and gives them a nice head massage.

I'm currently deep into postpartum hair loss and really need a gentle brush that won't unnecessarily pull more out. This brush not only felt nice on my scalp, but also didn't rip out any of my hair when it came to knots. Having curly hair I tend to brush when my hair is wet and this felt good too, actually better than my normal brush.

Fantastic brush especially for my hair when it's wet. Get through all the tangles without feeling like it's ripping my hair. Only recommend lower on the using again and recommendation due to finding an alternative I preferred more but still an awesome brush!

I have pretty thin hair that knots easily when wet so was really keen to try this brush. It does give a gentle scalp massage but I didn't feel like it worked any better than my other brushes. I tried this on both wet and dry hair and didn't feel like it glides through knotty hair with ease as claimed. I could definately still feel pulling and lost the same amount of hair while brushing but it did take a slightly shorter time to brush through than normal when it was wet.

Thank you so much for this opportunity to review this brush. My daughter has long hair that is always knotty because she always likes it down. She did not like this brush. I started slowly at first on dry hair and it still hurt and pulled. Then i tryed on wet hair with detangler spray and it still was not great. So it's a no go from my 5year old daughter. However, I tryed it on my hair and i actually liked it. Nice and soft on the scalp and got all the needed knots out. So it was hard to review. Different hair types maybe. Still a nice brush and i will continue to use it on my hair, just not her hair. My 8year old son also actually likes it aswell to style his hair, but obviously no knots in his hair.
