It has a refreshing and revitalising smell which was a bit too strong for my liking however I am sure others will enjoy it as the smell does tend to stay in the hair even after washing. During the first use, I was needing a lot more shampoo and conditioner and had to reapply twice as a small amount was not sufficient enough to lather around my long hair. I found my hair was smoother and after trying out the shampoo and conditioner after a few days there was noticeably a lot less frizz. I did however find my hair felt a lot drier which made it harder to manage and took longer to style my hair. It was great to try out a natural, chemical free, New Zealand product but I felt that this product was not suitable for me or my hair type.

I really enjoyed using these products. Not only do they smell AH-MAZING! But they left my hair feeling really soft and nice. Its also quite cool knowing that there are no nasty chemicals and stuff in it so you're treating your hair :)

Linden Leaves Shampoo & Conditioner
The fragrance was refreshing and uplifting, great for the mornings to wake you up. The shampoo is a low foam product, and the conditioner is quite a light texture. My hair dried nicely after washing, with minimal frizz and lots of shine. Found that I needed to use quite a bit of the conditioner as my hair is longer, and it felt a bit drier than what I'm use to with more flyaways the next day. Overall I thought this was a lovely range of natural products that did exactly what it said it was going to do and bonus that it has no harsh chemicals :)
Tips: I always shampoo my hair twice, and then comb the conditioner through and leave it on for a few minutes to let it work its magic!

Not for me
I found the smell very strong. The smell was like as though I had poured a bottle of essential oils on my head. I had to use a lot more of the product than my regular shampoo and conditioner. Having long hair I would probably go through a bottle of this shampoo and conditioner in two weeks washing my hair every 2-3 days. This also wouldn't be an economical buy for me either. However I do like that this product is natural and free of sulphate which is perfect for those who chemically straighten their hair. I also love that it feels nice and light on my hair.
Tips: Towel dry hair before using conditioner so the hair can absorb more moisture.

Linden Leaves Shampoo & Conditioner
Shampoo: When I first smelt it this shampoo reminded me of eco friendly cleaning products. However when I used it I realised it smelt clean and fresh. Has a good lather.
Conditioner: The burst of tangerine was lovely, I loved the smell of this conditioner. It was a nice thick consistency too.
Overall: A pleasure for the senses early in the morning. My hair is nice and shiny. No nasty chemicals either. The bottles are a good size so will last me about a month so well worth the price.
Tips: Massage the shampoo into your scalp and hair for a few minutes for healthy hair. Leave conditioner in for a few minutes so hair can absorb it.

Amazing Organic Linden Leaves!
Besides both the shampoo and conditioner smelling amazing, they both actually did what they say they would! I have very fine, thin hair and the rosemary and cypress shampoo makes my hair feel and look soooo much thicker. Way better than any other shampoo I've tried. The balm mint and tangerine conditioner makes my hair look so shiny! I would recommend these to everyone.
Tips: The shampoo is quite thick, and the first couple washes it felt like I couldn't get it all out of my hair, but after my hair dried, it looked healthy and clean, so don't be overly concerned.

Linden Leaves Shampoo & Conditioner
Condition of my hair: As my hair is blonde its a constant battle for me to keep hydrated. My hair condition is definitely dry.
The main things I look for in a shampoo is that it is natural and Sulfate & Paraben Free so instantly I liked this brand.
Rosemary & Cypress SHAMPOO: I found the smell of this shampoo very over powering. A wee bit to strong for my liking. Sort of smelt like cleaning products. It did however clean my hair thoroughly and leave it feeling fresh.
Balm mint & tangerine CONDITIONER: I absolutely LOVED this conditioner, it smelt amazing and definitely done my hair justice! It had a great thick consistency.
OVERALL my hair felt amazing after using these two products. They done exactly what they said they'd do on the packaging and it was a great feeling knowing how natural they were.
The one thing which stops me from purchasing this product is the price. Prior to trialing this brand I use KEUNE- So Pure range. I truly find this brand amazing and will continue to use it because of the quality and price.

Tips: With all conditioners I leave it in for 2-3 minutes- it leaves my hair nourished and hydrated.

Linden Leaves - Shampoo & Conditioner
Rosemary and cypress shampoo: Don't get me wrong, I love the smell of rosemary but I found - especially in the morning - the smell was a bit overpowering. It was as though I had stepped out of my shower and into a small garden shed filled with rosemary - not something I'm too keen on in the mornings. After the first use of the shampoo, I could definitely feel a difference in the weight of my hair. It was amazing how light and clean it felt! The downside was that I had to use about a walnut sized amount of product for it to spread evenly throughout my hair. I love the fact that the shampoo is all natural but would love to use a bit less of it to get the full effect.
Balm mint and tangerine conditioner: I absolutely LOVED this product. I love the smell, love how soft and light my hair feels and that it's beginning to shine. I have really fine hair so it becomes oily after only a day, however, after using the conditioner I've noticed less oils thanks to the balm mint.
The one thing that deters me from purchasing the conditioner again is the price. I feel it's a bit much for the amount you get.
Tips: Leave the conditioner on for at least a minute because it seems that it works through the hair slowly- trust me, you'll love how soft your hair feels.

The 1st thing that struck me was the scent, it was tangy without having a heavy scent, I initially used too much shampoo looking for the expected lather, then remember this shampoo is not full of silicones.. both the shampoo and conditioner was easy to massage into my hair and my scalp felt lovely, The scent added to this experience and I really enjoyed it. I normally don't like shower products with scent as I don't like scents competing with my perfume. I was skeptical about using a shampoo and conditioner that was for "all" hair types. I have very thick, dry hair and it's coloured, so I always use shampoo and conditioner specially formulated for dry and coloured hair. I used the shampoo and conditioner the 1st time, without styling my hair with the normal range of styling products, Straighting balm, argan oil, you name it - of course if was the weekend I wasn't taking too many chances, My hair felt soft, clean and light... I loved it!.. The next time I finished off with my normal styling routine and again my hair felt great. I will be using the product again.. and I will recommend it as I prefer the naturalness and the benefit of also beign cruelty free.
