Matrix Essentials Sleek Look Iron Smoother Review

I received this full size bottle when I purchased the sleek look shampoo and condition

The bottle is massive and lasts what seems like forever!

It has a pleasant sent and has a good spray that distributes the product evenly without leaving damp patches of hair

It definitley smooths my hair and I don't have any fly aways or frizzy bits however it does leave my hair feeling heavy and I notice it appears oily quite quickly in the day.

This product really helps to sort out my frizz when straightening my hair, it doesn't completely get rid of every fly away but I definitely notice when I forget to use it,

I have overprocessed dry blonde hair, especially on the ends I blow dry my hair first thenI spray 1-3 pumps on the section of hair I'm straightening then comb through and straighten and it smooths out my ends considerably, leaving them soft aswell

Comes in a handy spray bottle and it is bright orange so you will never lose it in your bathroom cabinet or drawer, I never do :)

Has a pleasant smell and it is reasonably priced, i paid $19 about 6 months ago, compared to other expensive brands and it does the job right.

I love hair products, and have tried so many brands and products, looking for the perfect product to protect my hair from heat styling.

This is one of my absolute favourites. It is packaged in a tall, orange spray bottle. The packaging is funky, stylish and sleek.

The smell is subtle and appealing. I use this product after shampooing, conditioning and towel drying my hair. The spray bottle easily dispenses a fine mist of product over you hair before blow drying/straightening.

My hair tends to be dry and slightly damaged, from years of highlighting it blonde. This spray really does the job it says it will do -which is what we all want from a product!

The formula is so light and non greasy. I love how it is undetectable in your hair and doesn't weigh it down like other products can.

This formula is lovely, it protects your hair from the heat, tames the pesky flyaways and makes your hair look healthier. The result is sleek, smooth and frizz free hair.

Would definitely recommend this product and have repurchased it many times.

This is such a great product and brilliant brand 'Matrix' they care for hair s thy are a trustworthy loyal band that's always bringing out different hair care product's etc. This heat protectant works well leaving a great finishing sleek look wince been used and activated by a hairdryer or hot iron

Love this product. It smells so good. After I have applied it all over my hair, I wait for it to dry and I begin straightening my hair. My hair looks sleek and smooth after straightening, so It does a great job at protecting the hair, my hair doesn't look dry or fried. Just wish it was easier to get ahold of and wish it was cheaper.

I purchased this along with a few other Matrix products after reading some great reviews. I have frizzy hair so need something that can tame it and not make my hair a limp mess.

The bottle I got is different from the one pictured so I guess they have updated the packaging. Mine came in a 250ml tall orange bottle with a pump. Directions say to use on dry hair before straightening.

It has quite a manly smell.....it reminds me of lynx, it's not bad it's just not what I was expecting. After drying my hair I spray all over then section my hair and straighten it.  My hair feels so nice afterwards, it's poker straight and shiny! Not a frizzy strand in sight!

I absolutely love this and will definitely purchase it again. I paid around $27 for it and it's totally worth it for the results I get. Love!
