After putting it into my hair I waited over an hour before washing it out (longer than you're meant to) the color looked great once it dried and I thought the color was going to hold... but after the second wash the color still came out. Now I'm left with only a little bit of dye at the roots of my hair and my natural color at the ends with one streak of color on one side of my hair. (and that is with using the conditioner from the packet and shampoo for color treated hair.)

So I decided to go red head and used napro. The instruction were easy and clear to follow and the actual process took how long it stated it would in the instructions the only down side was that my hair faded in under a week. As for the packaging I find it annoying that you have to mix the products before you use especially when im so clumsy so I get dye stains everywhere. I would not recommend to anybody nor would I use again.
(Hehe song quote!)
You definitely get every pennies worth if you buy this! hahah.
I used this a lot in High School, and I'd wonder why my hair was so damaged. When I would use this product, it would leave my hair so dry, the colour faded very well, and washed out faster than other brands.
I would only recommend this if you had an amazing treatment to use afterwards to repair your hair.
After my hair dries from washing it out, was literally the first time i've seen my curls go into a frizzy mess.
10/10 would not buy again. (even on my student budget)
Tips: Put the box back down.
I used this product yesterday because I want to achieve an ombre hair, which I would have easily achieved with the current situation of my hair(an inch black from the roots and the rest is medium blonde/gray.
I followed the instructions but I think it didn't color my hair. I got the shade of Light Brown Mocha and it's nowhere near that color.
The only thing I liked in that package is the after care conditioner because it made my hair soft and it really smells good. I bought it on sale and I think I won't buy it again even if it's on sale.
Don't like this hair dye at all. Application is easy like every other dye but the colour never seems to match what is shown on the guide and fades very fast even when using colour protection shampoo and conditioner
I colour my hair black and was disappointed with this hair dye. The colour was fading within a week (I only washed it once). I understand it is a cheaper range of hair dye but with black permanent dye I have never really had it fade before even with cheap brands. After I dyed it it my hair didn't feel nourished or look shinny as it does with other dyes.
I used this product once and once only....... it was on special at the wharehouse so I got it but I can honestly say I know why, yes it did the job but everytime I washed my hair ALOT of colour came out I think this only lasted 2 washes before I started seeing faded regrowth again :( dryed my hair out quiet a lot and I didn't like the smell either of the dye or the conditioner. I would say good for on a budget but then if you bought a different dye you wouldn't have to use it as often so..... but my opinion I will never use this again and I wouldn't recommend it to my friends either!
This hair colour is bargain buy for permanent hair colour, but you definately get what you pay for. I tried this in the colour 'Chocolate Brown'. I normally prefer a semi-permanent, but I had a bit of regrowth and I wanted something that would cover it well and last.
In the box was the standard gloves, conditioning treatment, cream and colour developer but I was really suprised by how little developer there was. I found that when I mixed the cream and developer the resulting mixture was not nearly as much as most home colour kits.
I applied it to my hair and found my eyes watering from the intense chemical smell. I have shoulder-length hair but I found I struggled to apply enough mixture to my hair to coat it evenly.
I waited about 45 minutes then rinsed, shampooed and used the conditioning treatment. I was pleased to find even after rinsing my hair didn't feel too dry and was fine after conditioning.
After blow-drying my hair I was disapointed to find that although I really liked the colour (a glossy chocolate brown, although this would be a hard colour to get wrong), my hair colour itself was quite patchy as a result of not being able to get enough of the colour through.
In terms of lastability I noticed some colour washout but not more than I would expect from any other colour. Even though it's a bargain I wouldn't purchase this again as for now much more there are so many other better alternatives available.
Tips: If you've got longer than shoulder-length hair, thick hair or just a lot of hair it's worth getting two boxes as this really doesn't supply an adequate amount of product.
I used to use this brand alot back in highschool mainly in a medium brown and it would make my hair VERY dark sometimes almost black however it faded out very quickly and didnt last long at all. Is very cheap and i think you get what you pay for with this product, I probably wouldnt use it again or reccommend unless you really needed something quick and cheap but you may aswell pay a few extra dollars for something that lasts a little longer. Only thing i liked was the smell of the conditioner
I must say was quite disappointed with this hair dye. Don't get me wrong, I love the colour of my hair, but after about 2 weeks of using it, my grey hairs came through. I think the only good thing about this hair dye is the cheap price, but unfortunately I also got the cheap quality product.
Tips: Best used for touch-ups
