I dyed my hair black for over 15+ years and this was my trusted box dye of choice. It is affordable and does the job, my hair was always so shiny after using this and I love the conditioner. It’s a really simple dye and I would recommend this to anyone especially if it’s their first time dying their own hair. It’s so easy and gives great results

I'm naturally blond but nearing 60 my hair is becoming lighter and this makes me look pale. I use the light brown to add random low lights..... This makes me look better I think. Napro palette is my favorite and covers well is easy to use and easy to measure a small quantity as I only use a small amount each time. One pack lasts me 3 applications so is very cost effective. The color is nice and natural looking and does not appear to damage my hair... I highly recommend this product.
My number 1 choice for hair dye. I have long hair pasty chest and 1 box is enough for a whole head. Vibrant colour, leaves my hair healthy and shiny. The colour doesn't fade. Easy to use
Tips: Use the gloves
I do dye my hair a lot, (not like every week a lot, more like every few months) as I get bored of my colour quick and also to get rid of the regrowth look. This dye is cheap (usually ALWAYS on sale) which is fantastic for me as it is also very amazing on my hair. I have used this dye in different colours many time but always have to buy two boxes (due to quite long hair) but is no problem as it is cheap. The colours are always vibrant and what they are supposed to be (as for some other dye brands they are completely not what they are supposed to be..). This dye has never failed to disappoint me and leaves me with a lovely colour that l only need to re-dye if I get bored or regrowth!
Tips: I use no-sulphate shampoo and conditioner (specifically for dyed hair) made by L'oreal.
Great hair dye, great price, great range of colours! I dye my hair a lot and I always seem to find myself buying this product! It is messy to apply which is one of the downsides to this products and also the gloves didn't fit, kept sliding off, so I had to use some of my own which wasn't so bad but it would be a pain if someone didn't have gloves at home! Overall this is one of my favourite hair dyes to use, as it lasts a long time in my hair and the colour is always how I want it ♥♥
Tips: Use vasiline (pure petroleum jelly) on hairline and on ears! Dye just rubs right off, great clean finish.
i've used the chocolate brown and been very happy with it.It is great colour and doesn't fade that much.i love the conditioner after dying it smells great! Its a good and cheap dye good value for a home-kit.
This is the first time I have used this dye, it was on special at the supermarket, and it being it so long since I had I dyed my hair, I thought what the hell. I picked that shade chocolate brown, which is within a couple of shades of my natural hair colour. The instructions were easy to follow and there was plenty of dye for my hair which is shoulder length. It washed out well, and the conditioner smelt lovely & nourishing and there was plenty of it. The conditioner was in a sachet, so once opened I ended up using it all opposed to other dyes that have tubes with lids where I could get than more than one wash sometimes. I did really like the colour, it has given my hair life and a couple of weeks down the line it has lasted well. About a week later I did put in an argan oil hair mask as my hair did feel a bit straw-like/brittle compared to my pre-dye hair.
This was really an impulse buy at Farmers when I saw it on sale for $9 (and then the next day I saw at Warehouse for only $7 -_-). I wasn't expecting this to show up very well since my hair is somewhere between extremely dark brown and almost black. But alas I had bought it so I thought may as well give it a go. I only dyed about 10cm on the ends of my hair in an attempt to achieve that ombre look. The color mixes easily by shaking the bottle and squeezes out really smoothly as well. The smell wasn't too bad but I could definitely smell the ammonia when It wafts around my face. After about half an hour I rinsed this and probably after 5min of rinsing the water was running clear. Now for the big reveal! On lighter hair it's supposed to be a reddish purple color, on my hair it turned out black with a hint of violet. Ha, FAIL! I was a little disappointed at first even though I knew it probably wouldn't really show up. But the next day when I walked out in the sun I could see the color a little better and it's actually really nice. It's a very subtle red/violet that shows when your hair is against the light. My hair doesn't feel any more brittle or dry, and the argan oil conditioner that came in the box seemed to really soften my hair. Overall I think this turned out pretty well considering I hadn't bleached it at all.
I originally bought this dye because the supermarket I was in did not have the particular brand I wanted, and I really needed to cover my regrowth! I went with this because it was on sale - and half the price of my regular colour. I bought the shade Light Ash Blonde 10-1. Having used this hair colour a couple of times now, I do not regret buying it. As a cool-toned blonde I suit ashy shades, but it can be very hard to find a decent one. Many hair colours are too golden so do not suit me. This Napro ashy blonde looks very natural on me and blends in well with my light brown regrowth in between touch ups. The colour lasts okay over 4 weeks, with fading obviously occurring, but it does not end up looking too brassy like some other dyes. The dye itself is easy to mix and to apply. It has a more obvious chemical smell than some more expensive dyes, but not enough to bother me. Rinsing is easy and the conditioner contains argan oil.
Tips: One packet has just enough colour for my just beyond shoulder length hair, but I suggest two packets for longer hair. The major supermarkets often have it for sale so two packets is still cheap.
The Napro palette intensive caring colour hair dye is super pigmented and goes onto the hair really smooth. I have recommened it to a friend and would so use it again!
Tips: Make sure if you are younger that you get someone else to help you apply the colour to your hair as you can miss spots.
