Nature Box Avocado Oil Range Review

I really enjoyed this range and I will continue to use all of the products. I would also love to try our other scents from the range. I appreciate that the range is vegan and is free from silicones and parabens, it made me feel better using it because of this. The 100% cold pressed oil included in this range made all of the products refreshing especially the body lotion and shower gel. The bottles are made from 25% recycled plastic too which is certainly helping the environment one step at a time. Overall I loved this range and look forward to trying out more.

I love the simple but effective packaging and the fact it is 25% recycled. Knowing that the products are vegan friendly also scores extra points in my book.

The whole range has quickly been embraced by my whole family. The shampoo and conditioner are suitable for a range of hair types and have worked for everyone who has tried them. The bottles are user-friendly and the pump guarantees no one will leave the cap open only for it to then be spilt.

The scent of all 5 products is a wonderful mix of both masculine and feminine scents. It's light and fresh and all the products work well with each other. It's good to see even the males in my life gravitate towards the body lotion.

I jumped on the website as soon as the products arrived and we are looking forward to trying more of their products. Also very keen to try out the apricot range.

Wow! What an absolutely amazing trial to be a part of. Thanks so much BR. I adore the Nature Box range and have loved using every single product. The green packaging is so beautiful,  it looks very upmarket and appealing. I also love that the bottles are made from 25% recycled plastic and products are free from any nasty ingredients. They all have the same subtle fresh fragrance, which in my opinion is unisex.

The shower gel gives such a great clean and doesn't dry my skin out at all, a little bit definitely goes a long way. The body lotion is lovely and leaves my skin feeling super soft and nourished, it pairs nicely after using the showel gel.

The shampoo, conditioner and secret repair cream compliment each other so well. After each wash my hair looks and feels amazing. Super soft, shiny and frizz free. My hair looks great between washes and I feel it doesn't get as greasy as fast as it usually would.

I am loving this range, it feels luxurious and something I look forward to using. I would highly recommend giving them all a go, they would also make great gifts. I can't wait to try the coconut range. A huge thumbs up from me :-)

Thanks so very much BR for the opportunity to review this entire range. I was super excited to receive the full Avocado Nature Box range. What appealed to me most about the avocado was the promise to nourish and repair. I really enjoy products that harness the power of nature, so was excited to see the benefits of avocado oil - it's great to eat, so much be amazing topically right?

The packaging of the entire range is really striking. The green, black and gold stands out and looks really nice on my bathroom shelf. The instructions on each product were clear and easy to follow. The shower gel has a flip top lid, while the rest have twist lock pumps. I personally prefer the 'unscrew to release' style pumps because I do a lot of travelling and it keeps the product safe inside the bottles, but if you don't travel, the twist system is a lot easier to use.

Unfortunately the biggest put-off for me, was the scent - I hated it! I love my products to be nicely scented and something to compliment my perfume. This scent reminded me of cheap hotel toiletries with the slightest whiff of cat-pee - yuck!

The shower gel and lotion for me, were nothing special at all. While they worked, I didn't feel the gel was particularly nourishing when cleansing, and the lotion felt quite thin and just not a pleasant sensation.

The hair-care was overall pretty good, while the secret repair cream was the saving grace! I used the trio all 3 ways (shampoo and conditioner; shampoo, conditioner and cream as a conditioner; and shampoo, conditioner and cream as a leave in treatment). By far the best results were using the cream as a leave in treatment. It left my hair feeling soft and nourished without feeling greasy or lank.

Overall it seems like a decent range, and has convinced me to try the Coconut one

I was so lucky to be invited to trial this range, thank you BR! This range is paraben free and vegan which is great, and comes in partially recycled plastic. I love that almost all the products come in pump bottles because it is so convenient, especially in the shower. I have to say I am not a big fan of the scent of this range. I don't hate it, but it isn't the sort of scent that makes you go, wow, that smells so good, sort of thing. The scent was one of the biggest downfalls for me with the body lotion, because it is not the sort of smell I want to slather all over my arms and legs. However it wasn't much of a problem for the shampoo, conditioner or body wash since the product gets washed away, leaving just a clean smell. My favourite products were definitely the shampoo, conditioner and repair cream together. They left my hair feeling clean but still nourished and super soft. The body lotion and body wash were okay, but nothing special. As a whole I really loved this range, however I am looking forward to buying the coconut version, because I think that would have all the great benefits that the avocado range has, but with a better fragrance.

Ok I am a bit fussy when it comes to using natural hair product, I work for an Organic Hair Colour Company and use their salon only Organic products - BUT this range actually surprised me!

I was lucky to receive the Avocado Oil Range of Nature Box products. I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging and colour of the bottles, I think they look really cool, definitely make you think avocado! Over the space of about a week I tried all of these lovely products not only on myself but also on my 6 year old daughter.

The shampoo, conditioner, treatment and body wash all have pumps which is great - the body wash just has a flip top which is fine to use. All of the pumps seemed to work fine with no issues. Ok the smell is definitely natural and some may even say unpleasant? However I really liked it as it's not sweet and sickly like some products can be. The avocado oil is 100% cold pressed which is great.

The range was easy to use and actually worked really well on my hair and even better on my daughters. One thing I really liked was the leave in (or wash out) hair treatment especially for my daughter as her hair gets really tangly after washing - this made a huge difference and made her hair easier to brush and smell clean and fresh.

All in all I really do like this range of products and I actually would purchase these again, I think they are good value for money and work well.

I was very excited to be picked for this trial team as I'm always on the look out for natural products that are free from parabens and other nasties.

After trying all five products I am on this fence with this range. I absolutely loved the body lotion and shower gel. The scent was light and refreshing and not too overpowering if you were using several products at once. Both of these products left my dry skin feeling nourished and thoroughly mosturised. On the other hand I found that while the hair care products left my hair feeling clean and soft and improved the appearance of my split ends, they also left my hair looking flat, lank and slightly darker than usual. They did wonders for my husband's thick hair however, so it all depends on your hair type. Sadly I just don't think they were right for me.

Overall I will definitely buy the body lotion and shower gel again but will give the shampoo, conditioner and hair treatment a miss.

i was so excited to get picked to trail all these products! when it came in the mail i could smell it before i even opened the bag. It smelled amazing!!! 5 bottles in the set, Shampoo, Conditioner, hair treatment, shower gel and body lotion. i love how all the bottles match, and that all bar one had pump lids, it kind of annoyed me that the shower gel doesn't, would have been much easier to use if it had of. from the 5 i loved 3 of the products, the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. they were all amazing and did what you would expect them to do, but for me they were better than other brands i have used before. however the shower gel and hair treatment left a little to be desired, i will use them up, but wouldn't replace them when finished. where as the other 3 i will probably buy more of when they are finished. i have pretty damaged hair and after using them for awhile have have to say my hair does feel nicer, softer and more bouncy and it smells great too! my skin feels really good after using the lotion also, it feels moisturized well into the next day, which is nice when you have dry skin.

Love love this range. The fragrance is fresh but not too strong. The products are super easy to use. The combination when shampooing, conditioning, showering and using body lotion left my senses and skin feeling refreshed. Not sure if I would pay that much for each item but they are all natural and full of vitamins. The range would be completed with maybe facial products but for the body a lovely range to use.
