I love that this product can be used as a leave in conditioner or rinsed out. Really useful after swimming and shampooing to help prevent the dryness of hair. It was so easy to apply to my towel dried hair and once my hair had air dried it didn't feel or look greasy which is a real bonus with this product. Again a lovely fresh fragrance. Not sure if it will protect from split ends only use over time will tell. But with the nourishment it provides here's hoping.

i was pretty excited to try this product, but was lift a little disappointed, its not the worse repair cream I've used, not the greatest either though. the bottle is smaller than the rest of the range which is pretty normal for a repair bottle. it has a pump lid which i love, its really easy to use (lucky since there aren't much instructions to it) i did feel like i had to use a lot to get a good covering. it felt nice on the hair and smelled good to. it says to leave in for 30 second or towel dry with it in. i didn't think that leave in time was enough for a repair cream and when washing it out after 30 seconds although my hair did feel soft it didn't feel much better than with just using shampoo and conditioner. im not sure if i would use it again after the bottle runs out.
This treatment comes in a very small bottle compared to the rest of the range, but that tends to be the norm for hair masks and treatments. It has a nice sturdy pump that works well, and I found my long but fine hair took around 4-5 pumps for a good covering of the product, which makes me wonder if the bottle would last me very long.
The smell is pretty on-par with the rest of the range, a natural, subtle smell that doesn't linger. The cream itself is very similar in consistency to a conditioner, and took around 4-5 pumps to cover the lengths of my hair properly. The bottle really lacked in instructions of how to use, all it said was to leave into wet hair for 30 seconds and rinse out, or leave in towel dried hair. My hair is very fine and leave in products just weigh it down and make it look greasy, so I didn't even go down that route.
While 30 seconds didn't seem like long enough for a hair treatment, I followed the instructions to give it a proper trial. While my hair did feel nice and soft, I'm not convinced it was any different to just putting normal conditioner in my hair. I think for the amount I had to use, the bottle wouldn't last me all that long, and it really wouldn't work out to be a very economical option for me.
I give big props to this brand for being natural-based, cruelty free, and vegan certified, I think this specific product just missed the mark and doesn't do as much as I would hope for something that claims to be a repairing treatment.
Having never used hair repair serums before I was super excited to trial this, It comes in a handy size and pump bottle. Definitely helps with split ends. I just apply this to towel dried hair - super easy and convenient.
I was lucky enough to be part of the trial team for this range. I like that this product is free from parabens and also that it comes in a pump bottle, which is so convenient. This repair cream has made the ends of my hair feel softer, although I am always a little sceptical of these sorts of products because it is not as though you can actually repair split ends and it is difficult to know whether the product is even preventing them either, especially if you haven't been using it for long. However I am sure I will continue to use the Nature Box Secret Repair Cream until it runs out, as it does make the ends of my hair feel nice. It doesn't leave an unfortunate greasy residue like many similar products do, which is an added benefit. I have tried it as a rinse-off product for 30 seconds as the label suggests, however it didn't make my hair feel any different. I prefer to use it as a leave-in product after washing my hair with the matching shampoo and condition in the range, and I notice more of a difference then.
I used this on bleached straight hair and the serum was quite milky (almost like a conditioner consistency) which showed up really easily on my hair even when using a little bit. As I tend to use moisturizing hair sprays instead of serums I could definitely tell the difference on my hair. It felt like I was putting conditioner on my hair. However on thick dry hair, this product would be much better suited as it really smooths out the hair for a long time and leaves it smelling great. If they came out with a spray I would definitely try that.
Tips: I tried it also on just the tips of my hair where there are split ends and dry ends and it worked well - I would not advise putting it all over the hair if you have thin hair.
I liked this as a deep nourishing leave in, but I did find that if I so much as went for a light walk or yoga, it did make my hair greasy. Post beach swim however would be a perfect product..and love that its vegan and paraben free!
I used this product on my towel dried hair, on the ends of my hair and my flyaways. I did find it improved the appearance of my hair. I have thick hair which frizzes and it tamed my hair quite well. I really liked this product the most but found the bottle quite small and it wouldn't last me long at all.
Using this in my hair left my hair feeling soft and silky and it looked healthy, though quite limp - I attribute this to my fine hair though! It is a great option if you're looking for something affordable to help your hair recover from ongoing damage (such as bleach, like me!).
I have mixed feelings about this product. On the positive side it is free from sulfates, which I like. It also improved the appearance of my split ends and left my hair feeling really clean and refreshed. On the other hand it left my hair looking flat. I personally have never been one to straighten my hair or put products in it (besides shampoo and conditioner) as I have naturally straight blonde hair. I feel this product left my hair looking a bit darker and flat, which I don't think suits the shape of my face. I prefer my hair to have a bit more body and volume to it, especially now as I'm losing so much of it after having a baby towards the end of last year. On the other hand it did wonders to my husband's thick hair and left his looking and feeling soft for days.
Overall I think it depends on your hair, for some it may do wonders but for me I didn't like the end result and don't think I will use it again.
