I kind of liked it and not. Does clean my hair but does not get rid of oiliness that haunts my hair every second..tried just coz it is natural. But yes!! it is pure heaven for my husband with dry hair and cheap too..Will not recommend to peeps with Oily hair..Just not for my hair..

Love it. Leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth and less damaged. I have coloured hair and I think it has extended the length my colour stayed in my hair as opposed to other shampoos and conditioners. It has definitely let my hair grow because none of the harsh chemicals are in it, it saved my hair.
Im not using this but my husband is after a friend left it here and he is loving it, to be honest so am i! Hubby suffers a little bit from Dandruff and this shampoo seems to be keeping it at bay so far. Also leaves his hair very soft and smells really yummy. It easily removes a days worth of sticky tacky hair mould stuff! I may even resort to trying it :)
Tips: Dont leave it at your mates - cos they will use it!
I purchased this shampoo as it did not contain SLS or paraben. It is also cruelty free and they don't test on animals which is something I like to support. When I used this shampoo, my first impression was that it is great. It left my hair feeling clean and didn't rip off any moisture from them. It lathers nicely, has a pleasant smell and is perfect for everyday use. It also left on my hair an amazing smell even after the next day of using it. So, I thought its a decent shampoo which is neither good and nor bad for the hair. However, after a month of using it, I developed dandruff and so I had to stop using it and switch to the other shampoo. My dandruff went after changing the shampoo, so I guess it was the shampoo that caused it. I will not repurchase it for this reason, but for people who don't get this problem after repeated use, it is a much affordable and a decent option!
This is my go-to shampoo because it has no nasties in it and it's a fantastic price. I like the smell of coconut, which is good because this is quite strongly smelling of it. The formula is quite thick for a shampoo I feel and you don't need a lot to do the job even without the SLS, it still foams up a decent amount. The packaging is nice and simple, the only thing that annoys me is that often the lids don't click closed properly.
I picked this up from Countdown constantly on the search for my new fav shampoo and conditioner combo and sadly this was not the 'one'. It appealed to me being organic, I thought maybe it would be more gentle on my hair.
The packaging was the first thing that really annoyed me. The lids on both the shampoo and conditioner never closed properly so they were always collecting water and were no good to travel with (I often drive down and stay at the bf's a few days so this was really annoying!). I'm not sure if this issue was just with mine but I didn't notice this when I grabbed them in a hurry and its not something I have time to check - they just should all work!
The shampoo had a mild natural type smell and lathered up nicely. When I rinsed it out in the shower my hair felt clean. The main problem lies when I get out of the shower and let my hair dry... it dries sticky and clumpy and looks like I haven't washed it for a week! I've tried Using small amounts of shampoo, I've tried using the shampoo without conditioner and I've tried air drying and hair drying my hair.. all to no avail! I ended up not being able to finish this and had to use the rest for cleaning my brushes.
Will definitely not purchase again as it was just not right for my hair. May suit dry hair better? My hair is fine, thin and very oily just for reference
Tips: If shampoo doesn't work for you don't chuck it out! Use it to clean your makeup brushes :)
I bought this shampoo in the hopes that I could make my peacock colored hair last longer, and at a few suggestions from the BR babes. I can't remember the price but I am almost positive I didn't pay $4 for it, but whether I paid more or less I can't for the life of me remember.
The product is in a lovely green bottle, it reminds me of bamboo for some reason. Inside lies a sheer greeny kinda colored shampoo. It lathers really well, you really don't need much of it, and it rinses out well too.
It does nothing to save my peacock colors going down the drain though, and ultimately, that's what I wanted. I haven't dyed my hair it's usual brown in a while, so maybe it's better suited to that kind of hair coloring, but otherwise, this is a fail for me. It does however, make my hair feel nice and clean (when it is dry) and product free.
I wouldn't repurchase this, and I am still on the hunt for a shampoo that doesn't wash my dye down the drain!
I tried this shampoo after finding SLS (which is in many others) reacted with my scalp... This shampoo was fantastic as it is SLS free, organic, not tested on animals etc. The price was SUPER reasonable considering that organic products often cost double that of non-organic products. I did like the nice recycled bottle also however the coconut smell is a little bit overpowering for the first day after washing but after that it is bearable.
Tips: Pair up with the matching conditioner :D
I would tell people who like natural products that this is not a bad product a little goes a fair way even though this has no or little laurel sulphates which foam up and strip your hair of its nautral moisture the bottle even claimed to be made of plant matter which is what makes me recall this shampoo even though it was a few years ago that I tried it the price of $4 is really good for the amount you get it does not have a bad smell either my hair was not all frizzy after use either.
I bought this after using my sister's bottle quite often - she will only buy organic shampoo and this is the only one she repurchases. I like that it's an organic product, and it is really affordable too.
The shampoo itself is quite a thick almost gel-like texture. It has a pleasant mild scent and despite the no SLS it still foams up quite well. I prefer shampoos that lather well, so for this to do so without SLS was a plus for me.
My hair feels soft and very manageable after using this. It's a pretty standard shampoo really. One downside is the cap, which does not seem to click all the way closed and leaves a small gap at the top of the bottle for water to get in - very frustrating. I do like that the cap is flat though, so once you get close to the end you can let all the product drain down to the top so none is wasted.
I'm not particularly brand loyal to shampoo but I would possibly buy this again, especially as it foams well and is very affordable. For reference I have thin, fine hair with damaged ends that I wash daily.
