I've got a can of this in the bathroom & probably use it about once a week. It's really handy stuff for when I want to freshen my hair when it's looking slightly oily but don't want to go to the hassle of washing it. I found it particularly useful in the summer months to take on camping trips and to festivals! The only weird thing is that it makes my scalp feel quite hot for about 5 minutes after applying...

Tips: I had a can of the Batiste dry shampoo before I got this one and actually like this one more. Smells better and is more effective.
This dry shampoo was my first experience with a dry shampoo before, and I loved it. I didn't wash my hair for a few days and made it greasy specially so that I could use this product. The result was hair that felt like it was washed and blow-dried an hour earlier! It smells really nice, like flowers. People complimented my hair when I used it!
One thing that was a bit weird was that once I sprayed it onto my hair, the product made my hair a little lighter in colour. I didn't mind it, it looked nice, but it was strange. However, if you really don't like that, you could always buy the specialized dry shampoo for brunettes or blondes (depending on which you are), which are slightly coloured according to the website!
Price! $9.99 from Farmers. That... is an amazing price for such a good quality dry shampoo. Well, I think it's a good quality dry shampoo!
Overall, I was very impressed by the Polished London Bristol Bloom Dry Shampoo! My very first experience, and I'm glad it was this good!
Tips: Don't spray onto your hand to then run through your hair. The powdery spray gets stuck on your fingers, and you have to try and rub it out of your fingerprints for about a minute!
My friend is in love with dry shampoo so when we saw this new one on the shelf we had to try it. The smell is amazing, so nice it does smell like a lot of flowers. It works well making your hair look less oily but is kind of a one off as in don't use it every other day because your hair almost gets use to it. I'd say its good for emergency.
Tips: Spray far away from your head and mix it through your hair well otherwise you get white marks
My hair must be insanely oily at the roots as I personally still had to wash my hair pretty regularly, however it was fantastic to freshen up while I was out and about so I didn't feel yuck, and instead of beaing oily midday I could make it to the evening, and was good if I didn't have time to wash before going out in the evening. it smelt good and was easy to use/apply. Watch out it had a very strong/pressurised spray can lol gave me a fright! I would buy again and recommend to others as was great for a quick fix :)
Tips: If u have hair like mine use lots but not all at once or you will end up grey lol, I sprayed a bit then massaged in then repeated a couple more times and this worked well :)
I've always considered dry shampoos a bit of a fad so when my friend was sent this to trial by BR I had to give it a go!
I wash my hair everyday (it's thick, it's unruly and on any given day it can smell of milk, baby spew or lately rice pudding), and as I'm sure you know when you get in to that cycle its hard to break! You need to pick a week where you're not going to be seen in your greasy unwashed state! Or you could use this dry shampoo!
First off - it blasts out the can. Seriously this is some rocket fuel pressurised product! Once you get over your initial heart attack spray again! I sprayed and rubbed in to my roots and I gave the whole upside down head hair a good spray too. And that was that.
It was very strange not to wash my hair in the shower and I was expecting a major grease fest the next day, but I was really surprised, it looked pretty good and shiny and just needed a quick straighten.
So yes I would use it again and I would recommend it to a friend, but it doesn't give you the ultra clean and fresh feeling that a real shampoo does!
Tips: Spray from a distance and don't concentrate on one spot, unless you want to look a little grey!
It works! To be honest, I have problem hair, and was not convinced that I could find a dry shampoo for me. This has changed my mind! It was easy to apply, and my hair lasted ALL day and felt clean, rather than gritty (usually I have bad afternoon hair with dry shampoo and don't have lasting results) The smell was lightly fragrant, fresh smelling and not over powering. Def on my list to use again!
Tips: Do follow the instructions and section hair to get best result.
I picked this up at Farmers because I couldn't bring myself to pay nearly $20 to repurchase my Batiste dry shampoo and this was way cheaper. I really like it, and think it's quite comparable to the Batiste ones.
I spray it into the roots of my hair and let it sit while I do my makeup/apply lotion/whatever, then massage it thoroughly in with my fingertips to get rid of any white cast. It adds great volume and absorbs the worst of any oiliness I might have (I only really use this for second/third day hair), leaving my hair looking much fresher and more acceptable.
I'm not super keen on this scent - a bit musty, although not as bad as the Batiste blush scent (thinking about it, why did I purchase this scent when I hated the similar Batiste scent?? haha), but it does the job. And there are other scents which I'll probably try out when I repurchase.
Overall, I would definitely recommend over batiste, especially given the price. Good stuff!
I was quite impressed with this little guy was like a normal dry shampo how it sprayed, although I found the smell quite potent I kid you not smelt a lot like tequila but I don't feel the smell lingered although it sprayed white it didn't stay white long I feel it did what a dry shampoo is suppose to deliver so would definitely say go out and dry it and from why I've seen affordable to.
Tips: No other tips spray like you would a dry shampo then just massage in :)
I have been wanting to try dry shampoo for ages so i finally got it and i think its pretty cool i love the volume it actually gives your hair after you put it in as for my greasy hair i guess mine was a tad to greasy for it as it still looked quite dirty but the second time i tried it my hair wasn't so dirty and it worked great love the smell! I will continue to use its def great if your in a rush and have no time to wash your hair. I would still only use in a rush as i prefer the washed and conditioned feeling.
Tips: Follow the instructions!! massage in well or you will be rocking grey roots!
I've never really dabbled in the dry shampoo thing - but have been very keen, so I was stoked to see I had a chance to try this out.
I'm in quite a bust role and I have thick long hair - so washing my hair on a regular basis can be quite an ordeal, just with the hours I work etc.
So this is a life saver in that sense. But because I have quite thick hair - i wouldn't consider it as apart of my "routine" probably more for like emergency situations etc. Have it in your hand bag - quick spray before you meet up with someone etc.
The smell is great, and a bit powdery when sprayed - could be an issue for the brunettes etc (I have dark hair and I found that if I sprayed quite a bit it made my hair look a bit dull. Could be a good thing if you are having an oily hair day though.)
It did make my hair feel really soft.
Another reason why I wouldn't make it apart of my routine is that it did aggravate my scalp and cause some dandruff, but in saying that I cannot really use too many products because I am easily prone to dandruff.
So all in all - for the price, its a great little thing to have for last minute touch ups etc. It smells great, and leaves your hair soft and oil free.
I just personally wouldn't use it all the time for the concern of dandruff and dull hair.
Tips: If you have dark hair - do not spray too much in one go.
