For shaving, it's best applied with a shaving brush or simply lathered in the hands and spread on the skin. The lather is rich and soft, lifting the hairs for a close, smooth shave. Purchased the mini version of this when they were having a sale on the website. Light purple colour, heart shaped. Can't attest to how well it performs as a shampoo as I have been using this as a shaving bar. I like it for this purpose and it serves it well. Does have a moisturising effect compared to using a standard body wash. Doesn't have much of a scent.
I like this product, but wouldn't go out of my way to repurchase. If I was purchasing of their website I might consider repurchasing.
This product is great for anyone who likes the simple life with as few products as possible. It saves space in your shower, and is economical only having to buy one product at a time. It lathers well, leaves skin feeling soft and has a pleasant fresh scent. A great introduction to Etique bars if you haven't tried any before too.
These were on promotion so I bought a couple. Instantly was hit with a refreshing lime mint scent now I have a cold yet I could still smell it. Used this as a body and face wash and left the bar in there for my fiancé to try and hes happy with it too - he likes a good lather so I'm pleased he liked it even though it's soap-free. I noticed this one didn't leave my face feeling dry or have that sort of stripped feeling in skin that harsh soap gives. My only gripe was the sides were soft when I unwrapped it and some product stayed in the box. Like that it is okay for colour treated hair and better fit the environment with less plastic. Will be interested to see how long this bar lasts I've been really into trying solid shampoos and conditioner bars recently. Like that this is a multi taster gentle enough to use on skin and hair saves space in the shower and less plastic. 110grams is a good size bar. Weather it is equal to 3 bottles of shampoo I'm not sure and if it saves money that depends also on how much you typically pay for your shampoo bottles. Right now you can buy one and get one free on life pharmacy website and it's around $20. I have bought a solid conditioner of this brand too I look forward to trying it.
