Dove Nutritive Therapy Nourishing Oil Shampoo & Conditioner

My hair became pretty damaged over the summer, so I needed a product that would help restore it to a more healthy state. I noticed this shampoo and conditioner set on sale at the drug store, and decided to give it a try. 

As previous reviewers said, this product smells wonderful. It's also easy to lather and rinse out, and it softens hair almost immediately. In terms of quick results, this is probably one of the faster non-salon shampoos I've used. It isn't too heavy for my fine hair, and my roots don't get unusually oily after using this shampoo, which was an initial concern of mine. 

The only thing preventing me from giving this shampoo a perfect rating is the fact that it left a build-up after I used it for about a month. That can definitely be avoided by rotating shampoos though. 

All in all, this is a very good shampoo to use every other day

Love the dove lines. I have sensitive skin, and I found this made my hair smoother and didn't cause dandruff.

I have long hair that gets knotty very easily so I need a conditioner to make my hair smoother. It claims that it makes your hair 100% smoother and control frizz but from my experience, it doesn't. No it does not make my hair any smoother or less frizzy even though I use 4-5 pumps and leave it in for 3 minutes. I would rather my head and shoulders smooth and silky conditioner, it does a better job.

This is my daily shampoo and conditioner. My hair is a little mistreated from colours etc, but I specifically use this as my shampoo to help keep it from drying out. It is priced well and easy to find in the supermarket. It doesn't weigh my hair down and keeps it moisturised and shiny.

I saw this product on sale at the supermarket about 3 months ago so spontaneously decided to buy it...and fell in love!

The conditioner is super thick, almost like a mask, and absorbs into my hair really fast. It has a very pleasant fragrance which does not over-power other fragrances at all. I absolutely loved the results, my poor coloured, dry, britttle hair was transformed into soft, bouncy, knot-free hair! and the results actually lasted for a few days! This product is great for damaged hair and I will continue using it in the future!

I have been using Dove shampoo one and off for quite a few years, and really love this product. My hair is dry and curly and coloured, so all the odds stacked against me for great hair.

Dove makes my hair more manageable and helps to restore my dry hair, and helps keep the frizz at bay.

I really like the conditioner, I have to apply quite a lot as I have longer hair, and I always use a wide tooth comb whilst the hair is wet to comb the conditioner through.

Yes it's awesome, I have old hair 50% grey and the rest is lightened, I love this product I use the conditioner in the tube and for me find it as good if not better then a lot of the mores expensive brands ( and believe me I have tried a few) I also love the oil, it just leaves my hair well conditioned and clean and soft, not all fuzzy and straw like, so for me it's a big yes

this is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. I have very damaged dry hair and this product leaves it incredibly soft. I even felt the shampoo was conditioning and didn't dry out my hair like most shampoos.

With my thick frizzy hair I find that products with argan oil do a better job at taming it than normal products for frizzy hair. After trying a lot of shampoos and conditioners this has to be my favourite. My husband loves the smell and I love the fact that I can go 2-3 days without having to wash my hair without major frizz or oiliness. I always stock up when they are on special at the supermarket and I've also converted my sister into using it on her super curly hair.

I used this for awhile and I actually seen a nice difference when using it. I had recently got my hair coloured at the time so it was quite dried out. Not wanting to straighten and blow dry my hair for awhile, my curls were nicely tamed when I left my hair natural. I have quite curly, dry and damaged hair. This did good for me.
