Bought this because my hair was dry and getting hard to control. This conditioner truly isn't anything special. The dryness of my hair did improve but not to the extent I would've liked. The smell is great though.

My hair is very dry, long, curly and thick - so it demands a lot from a conditioner. And I felt this one did a pretty good job of smoothing and hydrating. It has good slip when applied, smells very nice (quite a warm, soft scent), and is thick and creamy, so stays in the hair until you're ready to rinse it out. The fact that it contains no nasties at all is just fantastic. I feel good about using it, knowing I'm nourishing my hair with quality, healthy oils and conditioners.
I wouldn't say it has totally transformed my hair or anything, but it certainly gives some good hydration and definition to my curls, and makes my hair shiny and soft.
Tips: Use less than you'd think necessary, and leave it in your hair for a few minutes before rinsing.
