Head and Shoulders Clean & Balanced Regime Reviews

I have been using these products a few times this week and i am already noticing my scalp is better.

Since i have stopped bleaching my hair and gone back to my natural dark brown colour, i have had issues with my scalp and roots. My roots are always greasy and oily looking and my scalp always feels like there is a build up of...well i dont know what the build up is, but it's gross...and i 'snow' (as my mum calls it).

After just 3 washes on every second day, i already notice a huge difference. Honestly dont know why i waited to get this product myself hehehe. But now i know how to fix my problems, i will maintain it!

I only use small amounts of the product about suze of a 50c piece; 2 rounds of shampoo and 1 round of conditioner. I enjoy the scent; i dont find it chemically. The product i find to be quite thick compared to my regular shampoo and conditioner (that's not a bad thing; just an observation). My hair feels smooth soft and clean. It hasn't made my hair fall out more than a couple stand here and there (i used one brand and i had HUGE hair fallout...but that's another story).

For now, i love this product. I recommend this product...it actually works! I will continue using it. Thumbs up H&S

First impressions about the shampoo and conditioner was the delicious smell! They smell divine, and on squeezing them out of the bottle they are really thick and creamy.

Given the length of my hair I go through a lot of shampoo and conditioner, so how thick the shampoo and conditioner were hopefully meant I didn't have to use as much as I normally would.

The shampoo lathers really well, and my hair did actually feel cleaner than it does with my normal shampoo.

This is sadly where the praise ends though. When I washed the shampoo out, my hair felt like a tangled, clumped together, straw-like mess. I couldn't get my fingers through it to was the shampoo out properly, so had to rely on just rinsing. Thank goodness for conditioner!

I spent a good amount of time massaging the conditioner through my hair to try to untangle it, I left it in for a few minutes then rinsed it out. My hair felt clean, and I hoped the conditioner had helped with the tangles.

Unfortunately I was wrong, and had to spend a good amount of time wrestling the tangles out.

After using it twice I also noticed my hair was itching than before trialing the product. After four days I also noticed my hair was harder to brush and wasn't as smooth and soft as normal. Although my hair FELT cleaner, the tangles and texture of it have put me off continuing to use these products.

Although I'm sure this would be a fantastic product for hair that's not like mine, I'd not purchase it myself.

This regime works well for the management of dandruff. The shampoo leaves your hair feeling super clean and gets rid of all the flakes. The conditioner leaves your hair feeling silky and smooth but still fresh. I would highly recommend.

I had used Head and Shoulders in the past, but it was many years ago. This week I trialled the Head and Shoulders Shampoo and Conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice, normal scent! The combination left my hair soft and silky, yet not weighed down. I have super long hair and depending on the season, mild/medium dandruff. I had no fallout after the first wash!!! I’m excited to give hubby’s hair a good too as his dandruff is bad!

The Head and Shoulders Clean & Balanced Shampoo and Conditioner together make up the 'Head & Shoulders Clean & Balanced Regime' and come in the traditional Head and Shoulders blue and white packaging. They fit side by side nicely, with top and tail shaping to sit well together. 

The products themselves are a white colour and a nice consistency for both. They have an inoffensive fruity smell, not overpowering but fresh.

While I only had a short period of time to trial these products, I found they did eliminate my itchy scalp and minimise the dandruff.  They left my hair feeling soft and full of moisture, and did not appear to strip any colour from my heavily colour treated hair. My hair felt silky and smooth after rinsing and drying.

I didn't have to use a lot of either product. As a supermarket available regime with price point accordingly, it would seem to be an affordable option that lasts.

I have used this combo shampoo and conditioner 3 times already and it has been great. Previously I only used the shampoo alone, this time with the conditioner and it makes a huge difference.

The shampoo has a creamy thick consistency which means that you do not need to use a lot of the product. A little bottle would last me a long way as I only use a squirt of it. It smells delightful, lathers up nicely. I have thick hair, but I find it really penetrates down and cleans my scalp. The shampoo does not strip the moisture from my hair. The scent is nice, it has a neutral fragrance, so both my partner and I can use it.

My hair does not feel dry or brittle at all after shampooing, but I carry on with the conditioner. I really like the conditioner and it leaves my hair soft and silky. My hair comes out clean and well-conditioned. This product is great - no more itch, seems to be doing a good job with reducing the flakes as well. The shampoo and conditioner do not irritate my eyes or drying out my hair like other dandruff treatment shampoo conditioner. A good combo – can be used on daily basis keep dandruff & scalp conditions in check.

In term of affordability, they are not expensive and can easily buy from supermarkets. I am pretty happy with them, I will stick with head & shoulders and would definitely recommend this.

I suffered from chronic dandruff, using the two products together has allowed me the thought of freedom from the “flake hate” I feel confident I can get my snow cones under control now! Both products used together gave my hair a manageable quality with a light scent that couldn’t be overly detected, My hair had a clean feel about it, the flakes were still there but it just needs more time I feel, the itchy scalp was gone and that in itself is a relief, the bottles are nice and easy to work with and store and they are small enough to travel with as well Very satisfied on the performance of both products together

I'm not new to Head and Shoulders Shampoo and Conditioner but I normally choose the Smooth and Silky version. The shampoo is nice and thick with a slightly blue hue and a clean yet non descript fragrance (I couldn't pinpoint a particular top note but it's lovely and fresh), the conditioner has the same scent but is thick and white. This is a great choice for men as it's not heavily scented but I was happy using it too. The shampoo and conditioner arrived just as my scalp was beginning to feel a bit bumpy and itchy (normally a prelude to a dandruff outbreak). After the first use that inflammation had subsided and there was no visible dandruff. The bottles have the normal packaging with the blue and white and are easily recognisable. I normally use head and shoulders for a week or so when my dandruff flares before returning to my standard shampoo (one for lasting colour). But a bottle would last me about 2 weeks with continuous use. On ocassion I have used head and shoulders for more than three months and it always leaves my hair shiny and silky and my scalp flake free. I'd totally recommend this to anyone suffering from dandruff.

The review is pretty accurate Head and Shoulders Regime does do what it says, dandruff free and flake free, brushed my hair while conditioner in and went through like slicing butter smoothly and left my hair smelling nice and nourished and clean.

Over the years I've frequently used Head and Shoulders. They have helped manage my dandruff while protecting my hair, more than any other hair product.

Like most of their other shampoo and conditioner regimes , this has helped get my dandruff in check from the first couple of washes itself. The shampoo gives my scalp a clean feel without drying it out and the conditioner helps keep my hair manageable.

They have clean and neat packaging and come in the classic easy to use head and shoulders bottles

Definitely my go to haircare regime for managing dandruff.
