I absolutely love this product! My hair is so dry and brittle after having my colour stripped out. After only using it for three washes I can already notice a huge difference ! I also love the smell of it !! The feeling of my hair is so soft now and amazing. Can't wait to keep using it and see what happens after more washes ! Bottles are quite heavy tho and would be awesome with a pump

I was super excited to be selected for this particular product due to having heavily coloured white blonde hair. Tresemme is renoun for its promise of cheap prices but 'salon treatment' experience. Ok so lets begin my nice juicey review by starting with the obvious :

Packaging- Overall its very distinct I can always suss out a tresemme bottle, they are largely sized and usually always black for shampoo and white for conditioner. Which is great as no fannying about when in a rush in the supermarket! also easy for male consumers! Now the overall appearance of the packaging is nothing special, but the size of the bottles are pretty impressive. After reading other peoples reviews about it not being value for money. I'm afraid I do not agree, super markets are always having coupon specials for shampoo! This is a cheaper alternative than a salon brand,and not half bad! The only niggle I have about the packaging is rather than having a screw top a pump would be better. It would be much more efficient as less product would be used.(which would solve the value for money debate)

As far as the shampoo and conditioner consistency goes, I would describe them as a thicker and heavier consistency. This is not necessarily a bad thing, however if you use too much your hair will feel weighty and greasy. As far as the smell of both goes, it is pleasant but nothing overly distinguishable from other brands. Hint for treseme :if your claiming to be up there with the salon brands make yours smell much better! Products need to smell beautiful to enhance a persons overall experience!

Treseme makes big big promises...almost dangerous promises! The scepticism already kicked in for me when reading the whole '3 washes miracle cure' selling point. It is almost like they are setting themselves up for failure... Overall I was impressed with the way in which it made my hair feel, the texture was yummy and nourished my fine blonde locks. However do I really believe in the 3 wash miracle cure?No. Being a beautician I am well aware of client's wanting quick fixes for skincare...I'm sure hair is no exception. There are so many factors to consider : age, gender, genes, diet, health and of course hair type! And how much money and time are we prepared to invest in out hair?that's anybodys guess!

Yes my hair felt beautiful and the treatment appeared to form almost a 'seal' around the ends, but to see significant results I would have to be using this set over a series of MONTHS to make a fully informed decision on the reduction of my split ends.

For this product, Tresemme made a few promises I personally wanted to hear. It first claimed that results are seen after three 'uses', so i did exactly that, i used the product three times (once every second day). The positives of this product is the product is packaged in a professional looking bottle with a cap that exits the product with ease and less handling. There is a lot of product as the bottle is filled to the very top. It has a very sweet, rich, and indulgent fragrance which is very lasting even when hair is dry. I noticed that i had less split ends in which executes the main claim of the product. The negatives of using this product is less moisturising than what it claimed, my hair seemed more dry and frizzy than usual. Also, I noticed that my scalp is a little flakey. So i would not recommend this product to those with sensitive scalps, however, i would recommend for those without sensitive scalp and is looking for a split remedy.

I really liked this!! It worked well on my fine/dry/split hair. After the first use I could feel a difference. After 4 times I felt I could see a difference! I loved this product, the shampoo was gentle and didnt knot my hair and once I condidioned it as well,my hair felt like silk!! Believe me, I have tried a few shampoos/conditioners all price ranges etc and this product really worked for me!. My hair was left knot free, shiny, healthy and moisturised. Split ends definately looked fewer. I liked the smell of it as well. A gentle scent that smelled fresh. The Shampoo and Conditioner had great textures - not watery but yet not to thick. - Great job Tresemme!!

Ok so going into this i was skeptical being a hairdresser i know that NOTHING mends split ends but a haircut but i thought hey ill give it a try. Boy was i right i used this product 3 times in a row to make sure im getting most benefits like it suggested and all it did was make my hair more dry and unmanageable i would not recommend this product to anybody and HIGHLY suggest that if you dont want split ends get a trim. Also the smell was a generic supermarket brand smell that im not really a fan of so all in all it was fun to trial this but this product is not for me .

I was impressed with the lovely light scent and the way the shampoo cleaned my hair. The conditioner was easy to comb thru , it left my hair soft, easy to manage, and my hair appeared smoother after using it. I also liked how the bottles were different colors since I'm short sighted made it really easy to know which one was which. I would definitely use this product again.

I used this product for a week and i have really enjoyed the benefits, There is a noticeable difference in the amount of split ends but not only that, my hair, usually an unruly mess, has become alot more managable and softer than it has been in a while. As long as the price was right, i would be more than happy to make this my everyday haircare system.

I am desperately trying to find a shampoo and conditioner that gives me the shine and hydration I need without making my hair greasy and heavy. Unfortunately this product wasnt for me. The only thing so far has been a L'Oreal Steampod Treatment from my hairdresser. I found the shampoo really dried my hair. As I am lathering, it feels coarse and stringy. The conditioner doesn't hydrate enough to give my hair shine. Now I understand the purpose of this product is to "repair" split ends, and I will admit, the appearance of split ends has diminished significantly, which is why I have marked it highly for that, but I dont see the point in having long, split free hair if it is dry and rough looking. So all in all, good marks for split end "repair", low marks for drying out my hair.

Love love love this product. With fabulous Top Shelf fragrance and a luxurious creamy consistency, it was an instant hit with both myself and my 7yr old daughter. It left our hair soft, silky and "fro free", banished the flyaways, and tamed the halo of frizzy fluffies that plague a curly haired people. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
