I was a little skeptical about this product as usually I would expect only a seriously deep mask to give my hair the treatment it needed for my split ends. I am really impressed with how my hair looks after the three washes. It has a shine that I havent seen for years and my ends no longer look dry.

This shampoo and conditioner smell amazing. Great sized bottles, The shampoo when rinsed out of your hair really leaves it feeling clean. And the conditioner which is my favourite. Is really thick and creamy, and doesn't leave your hair greasy or too heavy, and really moisturised. Not sure if it has repaired any of my current spilt ends, but i have noticed that when i comb my towel dried hair it doesnt snap or get knotty so it really does detangle your hair which would defenitly result in less spilt ends. After my hair dried it was left really silky shiney and tangle free. I would use this shampoo and conditioner again, pehaps in between salon products.

I have been using the TRESemme split remedy almost a week now and have found that i have less split ends and my hair which is usually quite dry and dull is alot softer and shinier. I love the smell as i do with all TRESemme hair products. I would recommend to any of my friends.

After using this product only once I could already feel a difference. It made my hair feel so silky smooth & hydrated. Am definitely going to keep using this.

This line makes some pretty bold claims, so I was pretty excited to try it! The products smell great and the shampoo lathered well. After the first use my hair felt slightly waxy and was pretty frizzy (I have very curly hair naturally). I stuck with for the next few days but not much changed. It left my hair feeling weighed down and not clean. No change to my damage and split ends. Probably not right for my hair type, but may work well for others.

As with all new products, I was skeptical about the promises! I'm in a funny hair phase, I had a baby 4 months ago and my ridiculously thick hair has started to shed like mad. I haven't had it cut for 5 months, so the ends were looking rather split.

I read the instructions - gone are the days of wet, lather, rinse! Instead it tells you how to properly use the shampoo and the conditioner.

Both shampoo and conditioner felt really creamy. I hate watery shampoos especially. I also didn't feel like I needed to use heaps of conditioner like I normally do. (I hate it when you're only half way through your shampoo and have run out of the matching conditioner.)

The product washes out really well, with such thick hair if I don't vigourously rinse I get flakes. I didn't feel I had to be as rough with my rinsing, especially with the conditioner.

After the first wash my hair was nice and shiny. After the third wash I decided to blow dry and straighten my hair to have a good look at it - it was much more manageable than usual and looks in much better condition. The ends don't look split, which is I guess the promise of the product fulfilled!

The proof is in my husband asking 'Have you had your hair done'.

What I didn't like: The smell - just a boring, average shampoo smell. The bottles - a bottle this size ideally needs a pump.

Never used TRESemme before so first impressions - I don't hate it and would use again. My hair is curly and the epitomy of dry, brittle split ends. The shampoo/conditioner smelt so good and left my hair feeling clean, soft, and tamed. After a week of using it I have seen a slight improvement in my ends which is exciting.

I have loads of split ends as I bleach my hair. The bottle said that it reduced them after about 3 washes, and I noticed a difference after 5 washes ( I wash my hair daily). I would deff use it again made my hair feel very soft and looked silky and not as frizzy and fluffed.

My hair is very fine and long so I struggle to find a shampoo and conditioner that doesnt make my hair greasy. The ends of my hair are very dry and break very easily! So I used the TRESemme Split Remedy Shampoo & Conditioner for 5 washes and I absolutely love it! My ends now look a whole lot healthier however I don't believe that it repairs up to 80% of split ends but it reduces the look of them by that much. You can can only see them if you look very close and they remain hydrated till you next wash. The colour of my hair stands out a lot more as well. The smell is amazing! Thanks Beauty Review NZ for giving me the opportunity for trialing this and I will keep using it!

I have used this product several times now and I think it is amazing!!! The Shampoo and conditioner both smell divine and my hair is so much more manageable and less frizzy after using it. My husband has even used it and raves about it. I don't think it has made much difference with the split ends I already have, but I think after a good cut, using this shampoo and conditioner would keep it looking great for longer.
