Claiming to repair up to 80% of my split ends in only three washes was a big claim for TRESemme's new product: Split Remedy Shampoo and Conditioner. Did it repair them? Well no, however my hair smelt nice and was soft! From my understanding and research it is utterly impossible to repair split ends, other than getting a trim. It is, however, possible to prevent split ends and as I have only been using this product for about two weeks, I am not sure if TRESemme is successful in this endeavor. Despite the shampoo and conditioner not being able to repair split ends, it does provide a decent wash and shine afterwards. I have previously not been a fan of TRESemee shampoo or conditioner, yet this product turned me and I can safely say that I would repurchase. The shampoo foams up nicely and actually feels incredibly soft in my hair, something I haven't experienced from a shampoo before. The conditioner feels silky when applying and what is surprising is that the hair is left silky after rinsing it out. Overall, it was a big task for TRESemee to try and turn me from not being a fan of their shampoos and conditioners and with this product they have succeeded. I am desperate to try their serum also in this range of products and excited for my next hair wash because it feels so soft!

i was really looking for to trying the TRESemme brand and i finally did this year. i absolutly love the scent and after washing my hair with the shampoo and conditioner my hair did indeed feel extremely smoother and more manageable. but as i let my hair naturally dry, my hair just goes back to the same dry fizzy hair so i wasnt very pleased with the results because i have to either keep my hair wet looking with some mousse etc, or straighten it with an iron and damage it further.

I was pretty pleased when this shampoo and conditioner arrived and I first smelt it, finally there was a Tresemme shampoo and conditioner that smelt nice :). The price it good for the quantity and quality of the product. My hair felt really nice and smooth, although I have not noticed a definite difference in split ends as yet. But I would still reuse.

I have been surfing for a while now and the sea really dries out my hair and splits at the ends. I went to countdown to get something for the ends and saw the split remedy bottle. I gave it a try and I noticed a difference in the softness and the shine. My split ends aren't as bad and it made my hair smell really nice.

This does not repair split ends but as an everyday shampoo and conditioner it is good. Smells good too.

It does seem to help with split ends as I had a period of time where my hair went berserk and this managed to sooth it slightly. But usually it makes my hair extremely slippery and hard to tie up. Not as amazing as some of the other Tresemme shampoos and conditioners.

This shampoo and conditioner were not cheap. Usually I buy dove or panteen but when I got this one it was really good. It took a while to start seeing results but the conditioner left my hair feeling great and split ends were less after appearing and also my hair felt soft and smooth.

I was delightfully surprised at this shampoo and conditioner. I have only used TRESemme once before and it made my hair very oily. This however did not do that, I was able to wash my hair every second day which is better for my hair and I actually don't have many more split ends since I started using it. I usually only ever buy salon brands but have been very happy with the quality and will continue to use this product. As a blonde I don't think I will sway from my salon purple shampoo as my favourite but I do usually have a few other types of shampoo and conditioner in my shower as well and I think this may have found a place in that collection.

Usually I steer clear of tresemme products as I find them too drying, and they tend to make my hair dull and lifeless. However, even after the first wash I found my hair felt soft and moisturised. The conditioner feels amazing, it's soft and velvety, feeling almost like a conditioning treatment. The shampoo is great as well; cleans well while not stripping all the natural oils out of the hair. As for the repairing of the split ends, i did notice a decrease in the appearance of them, and my hair certainly did not look as fried as it usually does after being washed! Would recommend this to people with dry, curly hair such as myself, it actually does seem to work!
