VO5 Refresh Me Quick - Dry Shampoo

I've been trying a few different dry shampoos recently as I can't seem to find any that blow me away. This dry shampoo does the job without leaving behind white residue (which is hard to find in a dry shampoo when you're brunette!) but I do find that you have to use a lot to really get rid or the greasy look. One spray is enough if your hair is just on the edge of being greasy, but if your hair is due for a wash you really need to use a lot. I like how this smells, it makes me feel less gross about having unwashed hair but I can imagine that for some people this could be a little bit over powering. The fine mist that is produced makes this product very easy to disperse though your hair.

This dry shampoo sure works for me! Just apply a small amount to the reviews and leave it for a bit before combing out and my hair feels noticeably less oily and more clean, not saying you should just cut washing hair out and stick to this, but definitely good for when in a rush and have no time for a quick refresher for the hair

This dry shampoo is just your regular dry shampoo. I think this is quite average. I do use mine all the time and I have repurchased simply because I don't need a fabulous dry shampoo, it does what it say it does - refreshes my hair quick, it makes my hair less oily and thats all I need. I do think there are much worse and I think there are much better dry shampoos. I just think this is a cheap easy way of refreshing your hair!

I have used other dry shampoo brands before and there is one I really like so never saw a reason to switch. However when I saw VO5 Refresh Me Quick dry shampoo at the supermarket for a much better price I thought I would give it a go. The first thing I noticed is that it smells amazing with a light fruity scent which actually smells like shampoo not like other brands which smell quite artificial. It also feels really good when you first spray it on and feels though it is actually refreshing your scalp and hair. The only down side is you need to use quite a bit. But I am now a convert and this is my go to dry shampoo. Would definitely recommend.

I have only just started using this, and so far - so good! Though I do feel it doesnt last as long as I would like it to, and by the end of the day my hair is in desperate need of a good wash. Apart from that, when I put it on, my hair looks great, and it looks like ive just had a shower!

This is one of my favourite dry shampoos. I must admit, I don't like leaving my hair unwashed very often, but this will get me through a lazy Sunday or give my fine hair a bit of a lift if it's looking a little limp by the end of the day.

This product has a really pleasant, fresh fragrance but it's not too overpowering and doesn't compete with my perfume.

I have found this one works effectively without leaving a disgusting residue behind in my hair. Some dry shampoos I have used have made my hair feel even worse after application! As I have fine hair, a little goes a long way for me.

I would absolutely buy this again once this can runs out. It's also reasonably priced and easy to pick up at the supermarket.

quick refresh when you dont have time to wash your hair. works fine for me but it does leave white patchy residue which comes off easily with alittle light brushing or dusting lightly with fingers...

I have just started using this product as i purchased it on sale.. so far it has worked very well saving me time and giving my oily hair that clean fresh look , i am very happy.

Perfect for the days when my hair really needs a wash, but I just don't have time to wash and dry it (or simply can't be bothered). Not as good as actually washing it, but it's enough to stop my fine, long hair from looking greasy and totally flat, buying me a day til the next wash. It's the only dry shampoo I've ever tried, so I can't compare. I have to be careful to quickly brush it through my hair after spraying, otherwise it dries and looks ashy/white.

Smells really fresh and definitely gives your greasy hair lots of body and texture. I had a much better experience with VO5 Refresh Me Quick than the first dry shampoo I tried that left my hair all wet and sticky looking. I did a thorough brush and all the white stuff came out didn't leave white flakes in my hair, I did have to clean my brush but I guess you do when you use a dry shampoo. No itchy scalp afterwards too which I sort of thought I would get with dry shampoo. I would definitely recommend this product to use in between washes if you're too busy to wash your hair.
