I have quite fine, blonde hair, and not a lot of it. It can look greasy and flat quite quickly even if it isn't, and I don't like washing it too often coz that makes it look worse. VO5's dry shampoo gives me volume and stops my hair looking like an oil spill. I find it's also good if I was to do a specific hairstyle but my hair is too slippery from recent washing, because it gives it more texture/makes it more grippy.

Tips: You need to shake it quite well between sprays or else it just kinda sputters in your hair.
This is my favourite dry shampoo available from the supermarket. First of all I love the fragrance, It smells like I have freshly just washed my hair when I use it. I must say I have quite oily hair so I do use a lot in one sitting otherwise one little spray doesn't really do much. I love how this product does not leave any obvious white residue behind and it is easy to brush out. For a dry shampoo available from the supermarket it does the trick.
First of all I love the scent of this, but unfortunately I didn't find it cleaned my hair as well as the brand I usually use (Batiste). I found I needed to use a lot more product to get my hair to a point I was happy with and even then I found myself wanting to reapply throughout the day. It doesn't do much in terms of volume either like other dry shampoos and is not something I will repurchase as it just doesn't perform the best. It is reasonably priced but no cheaper than Batiste so I will be sticking to that in future.
I'm constantly on the hunt for the perfect dry shampoo as I'm someone with super greasy hair who needs to wash everyday! I picked this up in my quest and I'm sad to report that this isn't 'the one'.
I love the shiny pink metallic fun packaging, I think that's what drew me to it in the first place (I'm such a magpie for shiny things!). The product smells amazing, very fruity in my opinion and doesn't leave an obvious white residue in my mousey brown hair but it doesn't do a very good job of soaking up the oils. I still feel like I need a good hair wash and its only acceptable for touching up mildly oily hair to go to the gym or maybe the supermarket - not work or shopping!
I wanted to love this but unfortunately it just doesn't work as well as I need it too. Those with only slightly greasy hair may find this works better.
Tips: I like to use dry shampoo at night before bed so I wake up with fresh hair! I find this works the best. I spray a very generous amount into my roots then leave in a bun overnight and brush out in the morning :)
The product comes in a decent sized, attractive pink can with a gold design on it. The dry shampoo has a light refreshing sweet scent, that is my favourite dry shampoo scent by far. The can is easy to use, however the powder is hard to rub in to my dark hair and leaves me with greyish roots. It's harder to rub in to my hair compared to other dry shampoos. However, once rubbed in, this makes my hair feel really refreshed, and is better than Batiste in this respect. This is quite affordable and I would purchase this again if on special, however I find Batiste more convenient as it rubs in to my hair better, even if it isn't as effective.
it did refresh my hair and give it volume, and is much cheaper than other dry shampoos I've used. however it leaves like a residue on my hair and isn't as good as the other dry shampoos I've tried in the fact i wouldn't use it to skip washes but maybe just after work when going out and don't have time to wash and blow-dry, but you get what you pay for i suppose.
This was the first dry shampoo I've ever bought - and I chose this product mainly because it was cheaper than everything else at my local pharmacy. It feels really nice when you apply it, however you do need to use a lot, and it does leave white powder in your hair which you have to be careful to brush through. I also found that by the end of the day, my hair would start looking a little greasy again. I love the concept of dry shampoo but I think I'll be trying another brand in the future.
I have tried a few dry shampoos and decided to try this one as it was reasonibly priced. It was ok but I needed to use more of it than other brands, eg batiste
Not the best dry shampoo on the market but good value for money. I have found it hard to find my local supermarket doesn't stock it, I have seen it in the Warehouse once. It does what it says but I have found I need to refresh at the end of the day. I need to shampoo my hair daily but I push this to every other day when using this. It is better than Beauty Formulas dry shampoo although a similar price. Better for the condition of your hair than washing every day.
Tips: Make sure you shake the can well between each spray to make sure you shoot enough powder into the hair to dry the oil up. Lift the hair up and spray into the roots.leave to dry and then brush through. With dark hair brush well to remove any white powder.
Smells great, however you do have to be careful about how much you use! I found if i sprayed too much it made my hair stiff. I would use this product again. Its great if you don't have time to wash your hair
Tips: Let the product sit for a while then brush it through
