Tips: Only use once a week for beautiful tone in your blond
I have issues with staining. I have issues with violet shampoo that makes me look like a character out of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - especially because I bath I have this issue.
So, normally I look like a beautiful shade of blueberry when I get out of the bath, but luckily it rubs off easy-ish onto the towel (you can't really see it though - so it won't stain your towel don't worry!). I have a problem with the fact that it doesn't come off of my nails, or from under it and my nails look dirty for days thereafter.
The good things about this product though, and there's quite a lot outweigh the blueberry-aspect for me.
First of all, if you want your hair to be brighter, lighter and whiter you definitely WILL get those results with this product. It really does do what it says in that aspect.
Your colour stays vibrant for a week after using this, and you get quite a lot of use out of this bottle.
You simply press the cap to open or close, no trying to bite it open, or break your nails to get it to open. I love that invention - thank you whoever you are that discovered it.
The shampoo is a slimy consistency - which sounds gross, but it actually really cool. It's kind of thick as well. It doesn't smell bad either - I know some violet shampoos can smell awful. It doesn't foam however, and that's a bad thing for long-haired lovelies like me, who can't get shampoo in everywhere if it doesn't foam.
For me, the price is a little steep - but I will buy it again because it's a. convenient (just at my hairdressers) and b. I almost always get a discounted price because my hairdresser likes me.
I have been buying this brightening shampoo from my hair salon since my hair went white. It seems quite pricey but as I only use it every few weeks, and only use a small amount at a time, it lasts for around a year.
It comes in a classy white plastic bottle with black pop top, and is easy to access and use.
The product is dark purple and can stain surfaces, so any spillage needs to be rubbed off quickly, and a tissue is the best tool to remove it.
I use about half to one teaspoon, and shampoo it in until it is well spread through my hair. I leave it for around 2 minutes and then rinse off.
I don't find any staining on my skin, and it doesn't leave too much blue in my hair. It can be a little drying, is the only negative I find with it.
It is a very good product for white/blonde hair, and I recommend it to others.
Tips: Use a good conditioner or hair mask after use to help counter any dryness.
