This shampoo is suitable for mild dandruff or to maintain your anti fungal routine. It's not suitable for moderate-severe seborrheic dermatitis which needs stronger products. This shampoo has 2 sulphates in it, so it's extremely foamy as a result and works pretty similar to a clarifying shampoo after just one wash. You need to follow up with a very good conditioner or it can cause your hair to become dry and brittle like it did to mine. The fragrance is quite strong and it also contains itchy Ms. The antifungal formulation changed in 2020. It used to contain 1% zinc pyrithione. It now contains the anti-fungal called 'piroctone olamine'. As someone who has long term seborrheic dermatitis and can only use anti-fungal shampoos, in my experience piroctone olamine does not work nearly as well as zinc pyrithione to maintain a clear scalp once the seborrheic dermatitis is properly treated.

Eversince I was young lady, this is my shampoo. When I used head & shoulder, I will not feel the itchiness ofmy scalp, nd my hair is really smoth and light! Now that Im in my 30's sometimes I had scalp in my hair, that is why I never switch to any shampoo because its helps removed it.
This shampoo cleanses my hair beautifully and has a great scent to it. When I shampoo my hair correctly using this product, I can go up to 4 days without washing it (usually need a wash every second day with other shampoos). It foams up really well (even more so on the second wash) and cleanses the hair and scalp without harshly stripping the scalp from essential oils. This is a staple in our house as my husband uses it daily too.
Tips: Wash twice - first wash lather product onto hair and scalp, massage on scalp until product produces foam. Rinse with water. Reapply using less product but mix with water in order for it to foam lots. Massage into scalp and hair. Rinse - and voila!! Done.
Since they changed the formula for it it’s not the same. It actually made my skin worse than before. It’s also become very expensive, it was affordable once. Didn’t work and it made my skin so dry.
This is fantastic for dandruff, when used regularly. It is very pleasant to use with a pleasant scent and my hair feels great after. Many anti dandruff shampoos can be quite harsh but this works well and still leaves hair feeling soft.
Doesn't get rid of dandruff really, Left my hair dried out to the max, like straw :/ I wish there was a dandruff shampoo that was actually hydration based as well.
