Joico K-Pak Deep Penetrating Reconstructor Review

I was folirst gifted this set and was so amazed at how well it worked I brought it myself when it had run out. This product smells great. Leaves hair feeling healthy. And I swear my hair was twice as thick after using this for 2 months. If my hair is feeling damaged and in desperate need of repair and I have money to spare this is the product I would buy first!

Have always been a great fan of Joico hair products. My hair is dull from being out in the weather to much. This product restored it with 2 applications. My hair feels softer and more manageable.and certainly healthier. Would definitely use the product again and recommend it.

Years ago my hair was fried. Literally fried. So much breakage. It was dry frizzy and unmanageable. A hairdresser sold me this right after she chopped off all my hair. I am continuously let down by false claims, not this time. My hair definately loved this and is much more healthier now

I enjoyed using this alongside the Kpak shampoo and conditioner. I love how it smells and felt luxurious to use. It left my hair feeling soft and more manageable (sounds cliche I know, but I don't know how else to describe it!).

I purchased this after my hair was damaged at a salon while putting in highlights - the hairdresser was unsure what caused it but in the end put it down to the brand of shampoo I was using. Basically the bleach made my hair melt so I needed something to bring it back from the dead.

I did loads of searches on the internet and decided this was the best product. I love the gold tube, it’s a reasonable price for a fairly small tube, but you really only need to use it once or twice a week so it does last.

The product is a thick creamy yellow colour with a decent scent - it’s not too overpowering, but a scent that always reminds me of good hairdresser products.

I have lots and lots of long hair, but a decent sized blob covered my lengths well. After leaving it in for 5 minutes, it rinses out beautifully and leaves your hair feeling soft. Overtime this really did improve my hair and give it some strength back. This is definitely a firm staple in my hair are routine now.

I use this once every few weeks on my hair as well as the intense hydrator. This one’s protein based so overuse can make your hair brittle. I don’t really like the smell, it’s like medicine I think it’s supposed to be banana scent but it leaves my hair soft and I know it’s helping so I deal with it. I use a decent amount and let it sit for about 10 minutes fore rinsing and following with my normal conditioner to seal the cuticle.

I purchased this product on sale for $15 at the hairdressers and I was looking for a deep conditioning treatment to fix my brittle, freshly bleached locks. The first thing I noticed was the smell, it smells absolutely amazing and I can only describe it as something close to banana pudding.

The product itself is not as thick as I expected, it is slightly runny and does need a bit of a shake before use.

I left the treatment in for 5 minutes and the end result was great. My hair was a lot softer and easier to brush through with slightly less hair breakage. I ended up using this product as my daily conditioner so it did not last very long, maybe 3 weeks. All in all great product that's worth a try.

I bought this in conjunction with the K Pak shampoo and conditioner after I had gone from black to blonde hair. This product for sure helped bring my hair back to life, it was shiny and soft again which made (at the time) the dreaded heat styling not as much of a hassle. I used it once a week after shampooing, if you are going to use this make sure you skip out on your conditioner as it will be a moisture overload. I would shampoo once then apply a good amount to my mid-lengths down and leave on for 20 minutes then rinse with cool water, rinsing with cool water seals the hair follicles which helps in my opinion keep hair more manageable and I don't have to wash as often. I don't use this product anymore as I find it to be too rich after a gave my hair a much needed waist to shoulder chop, so my hair is much healthier now and doesn't need such a concentrated product.
