Shampoo hair with Kiehl’s Sunflower Color Preserving Shampoo. Rinse, towel-dry, and apply a liberal amount of the pak to damp hair evenly, concentrating on hair ends. Allow formula to remain on hair for a minimum of three minutes. (Allowing hair pak to remain on hair for longer periods of time will increase its efficacy). Rinse well with lukewarm water until formula is thoroughly removed from hair. Style as usual.

I really liked Kiehls sunflower recovery pak - it is a moisture rich hair mask that didn't weigh down my fine hair. I found that formula thick and creamy and spread well, so a generous scoop was plenty for my hair. I left it in the three minutes as directed the first time I used it, but found with subsequent uses I didn't need to leave it in for this long, it delivered the same result with a shorter time. My hair was shiny and felt soft after use and it helped my colour last, even with swimming and sun exposure. My only two criticism of this product are the packaging (typical Kiehls no fuss) I found screwing the lid back on the container with a handful of mask tricky and would have preferred a tube with a nozzle, and the smell - it is very strongly scented and the sunflower smell is overwhelming for the time you have it on your head. The scent lingers after rinsing, so is more subdued so it is tolerable for the resulting shiny smooth hair!
