I've been using the product for just over a week now and have to say that I'm very impressed by it. The cream smells delicious and has a very fine, soft texture. I'm not sure that after 8 nights I've actually seen any change but in the past I have struggled making changes to the products I use. I often develop skin irritation when changing and this hasn't happened at all. I normally use Lancome which costs considerably more than the $35 this cream costs. I'm happy to say I'm going to make the change. And all of the packaging can be recycled :)

I enjoy night creams as there's something luxurious about treating your skin overnight.
This pink cream is very rich and thick - It's really very good to use, easy to rub in with no greasy aftermath.
I really really liked it and I noticed a big difference in my skin - it feels more hydrated and plumper than usual and I do see a more rosy glow to it too!
I used it with my normal L'OREAL day cream and highly recommend adding this in rotation to your regular skin care routine!
This is a very rich cream which fulfills its promise of tightening sagging skin and giving it a more uniform even texture. Unfortunately for me I found it a bit too rich for my skin but it would be perfect for me to use once a week to keep that uplifting effect. It needs a bit of a massage to absorb the cream but the lovely aroma makes it a pleasure not a chore. It certainly has a cooling effect but no rosy glow for me although my skin looks and feels healthier. As usual L'Oreal has it beautifully packaged looking far more expensive than it really is.
Tips: Farmers and Countdown often have L'Oreal products on sale and if you have dry skin this is a perfect product for you. It needs a gentle massage as it doesn't absorb immediately.
This night cream has lovely packaging and comes in a box. Information on the box includes active ingredients, directions for use, use by details and even recycling suggestions. It’s good to note that L’Oreal is committed to no animal testing. The cream is made in Germany and not outsourced which is another plus. The night cream is contained in a gold, square shaped, glass jar with a screw on lid. An inner white plastic lid keeps the product from drying out and a little tab on the inner lid makes it easy to remove. The cream is lightly fragranced with a subtle floral perfume. Unfortunately there is no spatula to scoop the cream from the pot making it a bit unhygienic. The cream has quite a thick consistency. At first I thought it was going to be too thick and heavy and hard to absorb but I was surprised to find that when applied as suggested, it absorbed well and didn’t feel heavy or greasy. However use sparingly as a little goes a long way. My skin in winter can get dry and dull. It changes from a normal/dry combination to increased dry patches. The cream did not leave an oily residue and I found in the morning my skin felt soft, nourished and hydrated. It was visibly fresher and brighter. As suggested I applied the cream with a circular motion. If you find it too rich put it on straight after the shower when skin is still damp and this will aid absorption and seal in extra moisture. This is a rich and moisturising product and I could definitely feel its restorative properties. My skin in the morning looked fresh and healthy. It is too soon to say if it will improve any sagging or plump out my wrinkles but I feel that with regular use my skin will continue to improve. This cream is ideal for use nightly on mature and also dry skin.
Tips: Using after the shower when skin is still damp will aid absorption and seal in extra moisture.
Thank you to Beauty Crew for providing the opportunity to try this product. I have only used this night cream for about 10 days which isn’t long but I have to say I’m impressed. This night cream is thick creamy and rich with a lovely soft smell, it’s not greasy and it applies easily, it absorbs and drys quickly leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth. After using this cream my skin is definitely looking brighter healthier and far more hydrated than it was. I don’t believe it has reduced my wrinkles or saggy areas but longer use my see better results. First impressions the packaging is eye catching and the cream comes in an attractive 50ml glass jar which looks nice when left out on the vanity. With all the above said this night cream is a really nice product, it’s definitely value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
Tips: A little goes along way.
It really feels like luxury on my skin, l really like the feel of this moisturiser, its not over scented and has a fresh light whipped cream texture too. In the morning l did not have a greasy residue on my skin , it just felt nice and refreshed. I can feel and see my skin looks firmer and my skin colour looks pinker in the morning like it used to when l was younger. The packaging is very elegant , and looks like it's far more expensive a product, Like Loreal products like the Lazer X3 range , which l found very good for my skin as well.
I was fortunate to be picked to trial this( the golden age -night one. I loved everything about it. I love the way my skin looks and feels, I love the lovely scent of the cream. I believe my skin is looking better than it has for some time. I am 62 and I think my skin is looking younger and more revitalised. I will definitely be buying another jar of this.
Tips: Just get it. You wont be sorry.
I was excited to review this product ,being a lady in my mature years ,needing all the help I can get .
I love loreal products so was hoping for good results .
The packaging as always is appealing ,however wish loreal would change their jars ,I don’t like the screw top or the bit of plastic between the jar lid and cream,I use the cream on it and then throw away as it’s a nuisance .
There is a lot of information about the product and how to use it on the packaging ,always a plus in my book.
The fragrance was lovely and the cream itself a nice creamy texture After smoothing it on my face it felt nice ,not greasy .,and my skin felt nourished .
I’ve not been one to think a night cream will magically return my youth ,however I did notice a difference in just a few nights applications ,my skin felt a lot more smooth and supple and hydrated .
I would continue to buy this product and if there is a day cream I’d be keen to try as well .
My skin feels fresher and has lost that tired look to it . Highly recommend and scored accordingly.
Tips: Use sparingly you don’t need a lot to achieve good results unless you have very dry skin .
For starters the ombré jar with a screw top lid is so pretty, the packaging is eye catching a few words catch my eye sagging anti wrinkle. The cream is soft not a very heavy texture A pretty pink in colour with a artificial floral fragrance to it.
From the first application I was quite impressed with how quickly this silken cream soaked into my freshly cleansed skin. It was greedily slurped up so no sticky residue. I didn’t find it cooling on applying. In the morning no rosy glow but a glow and my skin felt nice and hydrated so a happy lady. I’ve been using a small broad been size and gently giving this cream a wee rub in followed by a pat. After the first week I’ve decided this can be my new night cream as it’s soft light not heavy and sticky it’s winter when my skin suffers from the harsh outside weather and the hot inside weather so extremely drying. Not so much with the rosy glow but my skin was way less on the dull side or improved sagging but moisturised, absolutely. I’d recommend this cream is worth a try it’s so not going to break the bank as it’s affordable. And let’s face it supermarkets, if you get it from there always have a deal. Ticks a few boxes for me
Tips: I’d say work it into your skin and don’t be fooled by the lightness of this cream xx
I love that the Golden Age Night Cream comes in a glass container, although the cap is plastic...an a bit hard to close. The contents, however...are magnificent an totally do what they say! I got a comment on day two saying how fresh and dewy I looked!! Moi?? the texture is creamy and not too thick, and has only a slight hint of fresh flowery scent, it is easy to apply and a little goes a long way. My skin felt cool and relaxed the moment I put it on...and felt wonderful in the morning too with a plumper, less lined look. Definitely one to keep using!
Tips: Apply to damp skin in circular motions for best coverage and absorption
