I picked this up a month ago from Countdown on special for $4 which I thought was a good price for a supermarket conditioner (I bought this at the same time as the Shampoo). I used this before I got my hair re-dyed and then after I recently got my hair done. I have dyed blonde hair (from a light brown). I have been dyeing my hair for over 10years now. I also used this alongside the matching conditioner. I wasn't a big fan of the smell of this conditioner. Didn't really have a definitive smell at all. I use this after every second wash and found it felt quite siliconey. It left quite a weight in my hair. Sometimes it could end up feeling greasy. So overall I probably won't be purchasing this again.

Both the shampoo and conditioner work really well and leave your hair feeling silky smooth. Gorgeous scent! This neither leaves your hair feeling dry or oily, but instead strong and healthy.
Tips: Use with shampoo.
I'm using this in conjunction with the shampoo in this range and am quite impressed with it. I used it in place of the conditioner supplied with my hair colour and the first thing I noticed was the fragrance. It's subtle but fresh. I need a little bit more of this conditioner than others but it conditions my hair well without making it greasy. My hair doesn't feel like it's being stripped of it's moisture and colour with each wash and I can get away with washing my hair every second day which hardly ever happens even though I have short hair!
Tips: - Use in conjunction with the shampoo in this range. - Adjust the level of conditioner you use as needed. I'm finding that I'm needing less the more I use it.
I really liked this conditioner.
While I wasn't a huge fan of the chemical smell of it, it really has helped my colour to last. I am at 4 weeks and still holding pretty good, whereas before I was getting a brassy tone to my hair within 2 weeks of dying it!
My hair looks so good after using this condition, even when curled with GHDs and burnt to hell, my hair looks shiny and healthy and it feels so soft and smooth.
The conditioner was really nice to use. It isn't a watery/milky liquid that pours out. It is more a cream and feels like you are using an expensive luxury product on your hair!
I will use this again though I would like it if they could make it a nicer smell.
Tips: Use alongside the L'Oreal Paris ELVIVE Colour Protect Shampoo for great results!
After using the Shampoo and now the Conditioner I am extremely pleased with the results, Soft ,Shinny and smells Gorgeous. I found I only needed to wash my hair every second day. Loved it.
Ok, am always skeptical about products that state that they can make some amazing claims. Well, my colour is actually lasting! The purple, blue and greens are still quite strong after 3 weeks, slightly pastelled out but nothing like they normally would be. Instead of washing/conditioning my hair in luke warm water to stop the follicles opening and releasing the colour I decided to wash it in normal shower temperature water...and the colour has actually mostly stayed in! Normally you see a whole heap of colour washing down the drain with the warmer water, but this shampoo and conditioner actually do help retain the colour. Now the sheen that is on my hair is awesome too, no more dryness, even the older community has commented on how nice my hair looks (lol, funny coming from the blue rinse crew). Definately will be using again!
Tips: Use dry shampoo in between washes on your roots, this will also help the colour to stay even longer!
I have always had coloured hair so I have tried many different colour shampoos and this is the best I leaves my hair feeling really nice and it has lef it smelling nice as well. Will use again for sure,
Excellent product! Not only does it work well in conjunction with the L'Oreal ELVIVE Colour Protect Shampoo in protecting your colour, it has also helped my hair by repairing my split ends...bonus! Its a great conditioner, highly recommended. It also smells great!
Tips: Massage into your scalp for a relaxing treat
I trialled the L'Oreal Paris ELVIVE Colour Protect Shampoo and Conditioner together, and found them a really good combination. I colour my hair light ash blonde every month or so, and it has a tendency to go orange. In addition, I also have the fun combination of a sensitive scalp but dry/damaged ends, so I need a conditioner that is moisturising enough to heal my hair without being too much for my scalp. This conditioner really seemed to do the trick. It's nice to use, comes out of the bottle easily, smells great and rinses clean easily. My hair doesn't seem to be looking orange yet (after 4-5 washes) and the condition seems to be good too. It's soft and easy to style, doesn't feel weighed down by product, lasts several days between washes and my scalp hasn't been itchy at all. For a supermarket brand at this price, I'm impressed and would buy again.
Tips: You don't need to use too much, a little goes a long way.
Used with the L'Oréal Elvive colour protect conditioner this is a great combination. I'm a big fan of using conditioner and this one leaves my hair feeling soft and shiny and manageable. I normally mix up my shampoos and conditioners between supermarket and salon brands each week as if I use a certain brand for too long my hair gets used to it. This conditioner stops my hair from feeling like straw! :-) I definitely recommend it.
