L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Colour Protect Conditioner Review

I found this conditioner to be great, with other conditioners I've found that my hair is still quite tangled and knotty but this conditioner made my hair feel like silk. After my hair was dried it was soft, silky, manageable and my colour more vibrant not to mention it smelt fantastic too! My new regular go to shampoo and conditioner now!

Good shape bottle and easy to grip and open, I applied a small blob of thick conditioner to my washed hair and with my fingertips massaged the cream all over my hair until it was well covered , I thought it was soft after using the shampoo but with this conditioner in it felt like smooth silk and really soft. I left it in for a while to soak in while I showered . Then rinsed and towel dried and using a wide tooth comb combed it . No tangles and when my hair dried it was shiny bouncy clean silky and soft,and my hair colour was still there . Love this conditioner and would buy again and recommend to others .

I started using this product along with the shampoo as soon as I got my hair coloured. I went from blonde to dark brown so I was quite worried about the dye fading and revealing the much lighter colour underneath. When used in conjunction with the colour protect shampoo this product is great! 10 washes later and I'm happy to say my colour is still vibrant and rich! There has been no fading and I'm so impressed! Definitely comparable to high end products. I'm very tempted to try the rest of the colour protect range also! I'm very impressed with this product

I'm using this in conjunction with the shampoo in this range and am quite impressed with it. I used it in place of the conditioner supplied with my hair colour and the first thing I noticed was the fragrance. It's subtle but fresh. I need a little bit more of this conditioner than others but it conditions my hair well without making it greasy. My hair doesn't feel like it's being stripped of it's moisture and colour with each wash and I can get away with washing my hair every second day which hardly ever happens even though I have short hair!

The conditioner is lovely, it has given extra protection to my colored hair and works very well, my hair has not faded like it normally does with other products. My hair is also so soft, shiny, and radiant. It works really well in conjunction with the matching shampoo, dont need to use much as different hair lengths need different amounts. A bonus is that it smells so good and when my hair is all nice and clean with this product i feel like i have just got out of the hairdressers chair.

First of all, the smell is unbelievable! I started using this when I decided to change my hair colour from Bleach Blonde to Ruby Red. This conditioner didn't only smell nice, but it made my very damaged hair a lot more manageable. It felt so smooth and healthy after using the shampoo and conditioner. My colour lasted longer than I expected it to. I used quite a good amount as my hair is below my shoulders and were very dry. Would definitely buy this product again and recommend it to anyone.

This conditioner had me at hello - from the moment I popped the cap open it was just gorgeous.

The product is thick and luscious and you can really tell in the difference it makes - my hair was easy to straighten, didn't wisp away at the ends and felt soft and nourished all day.

After using the product for three days, with the shampoo, I even got asked if I had coloured my hair. Which I hadn't done. But the new products had made my hair shiny, healthy looking and nourished to the point of others noticing. I'll certainly be changing to this product moving forward - and I've been a brand devotee to another product for almost 12 months!

The conditionor was nice and creamy and easy to apply. After I used the shampoo I thought wow my hair already feels good then I conditioned and I have to say I'm in love now! I didn't use much on my roots but mid way down and on my ends mainly no color ran out, try using Luke warm water this helps too. After my shower I smelt amazing the fragrance stuck so well. My hair is soft shiny and my ends look good for sure. My hair is a mix of dry oily depending on days and this product seemed to even it out alot!

im really loving this conditioner and was lucky enough to be on the trial team for this duo. the conditioner itself smells nice and is nice and thick and lathered well in my hair i found that it it has made my hair nice and shiny and the colour is staying well so far. loving it !

I got this product on trial along with the shampoo. I have high hair care standards, so am always sceptical when trying new products. But I must say this conditioner was a pleasant surprise. From the first wash I started noticing my hair (especially my very long and damaged ends) were softer and looked healthier. This is a big concern for me as having dyed my hair so much its quite damaged along the ends. Colour wise I noticed a difference of sorts. Its true my colour doesnt seem to be fading as much, but neither this or the shampoo enhanced my colour/made it look any shinier which was a shame. In saying that though I love the way my ends are feeling, so because of that its a product I would consider buying again!
