I bought some of this colour protect shampoo and its partner conditioner when they were on sale. The bottle is very attractive and the L'oreal Paris seemed a good brand but I have to say I was disappointed. My hair did;t feel as smooth and silky as it does with my current brand and whilst I wouldn't say the colour deteriorated any quicker with this product it just isn't one I would buy again. Sorry :(

I love the mask from this range but the shampoo and conditioner are just average - really nice scent but not really moisturising and the shampoo feels drying and my colour runs just as bad with this as any regular shampoo.
The shampoo made my hair a little dry, but the conditioner made it soft. When I coloured my hair, I used this and it DID strip away some colour which I was not so happy about. On a positive note, it smelled great! Sadly, that was it.
I received both as a trial from Beauty Review and unfortunately they are not what I was looking for. They have a wonderful smell but it did leave my hair greasy and my colour has no difference. After using it for just over a week, I noticed that it made no difference to my hair and is no different to the other shampoo and conditioner you buy from the supermarket. I would only use this as a las resort and it left my hair dry and made my colour look drab rather than fab
I had great expectations for this range, but it made my hair limp and fly away/ static. It did make my hair shine but it easly looked dirty/ greasy. I think it did keep the colour longer in my hair ( I had a red colour)
Tips: Seems from other reviews that it has been successful with people, just not for my long fine normal to oily hair:)
As a shampoo & conditioner it did the job fine. Not great but OK. The shampoo was slightly harsher than I would have expected for a colour protecting product but the conditioner did leave my hair feeling soft & untangled, But it did not protect my hair colour anymore than a normal shampoo or conditioner. I often dye my hair shades of Red, Plum/violets & dark browns so I was really looking for something to keep them looking vibrant longer sadly this didn't reduce the fade time at all.
Tips: For the price you pay it's not a bad score but the price really does reflect the colour protection you will get.
This product came up on sale at Pak n Save for $4.95 each.
Looked forward to trying it out however was a bit let down. The fragrance is nice but it leaves my hair feeling oily and like it has a build up.
After a week I did the reverse washing, conditioner first then shampoo and felt much happier with how my hair felt. It felt clean and soft. So obviously the condition is to heavy for my hair.
I did find my hair had a nice shine to it it also, so for a cheap product it isn't too bad but I think I wouldn't go racing out to buy this set again
This product did not work for me. The smell was nice but I didn't find it worked well. It took two tries before I could get a lather up and left my hair feeling oily and not clean. After several uses my hair follicles were getting infected and I had little red bumps everywhere. Definitely not suited to everyone I wouldn't buy again.
Used this for about 3 weeks and the first 2 washes were divine and I was finally happy I had found a more affordable drug store/supermarket alternative to Kerastase. Wasn't till about a week and a half in I noticed that after drying my hair it still felt greasy/had residue on it. Not too sure whether the formula was coating my hair in the same sense Pantene does due to its paraben but this didn't sit with me and did nothing for me but flatten out my hair and dry it out even more. May the next line the power cosmetic house bring out be a whole step up from this.
Hair felt clean but didn't leave it soft. It was quite frizzy afterwards. It certainly wasn't shiny
