I brought this because it was on special and I had never tried it before and I love trying new products also I couldn't be bothered going to the pharmacy to buy my regular shampoo and conditioner.
I love the bright red of this bottle it wants you to buy it, it wants you to notice it but... This is about where the love stops.
The shampoo has more of a thinner consistency than other shampoo and I didn't find it lather up too much. The scent has a sweet scent but it is very subtle. It's an opaque shampoo with a shimmer through it. I have dry hair that gets dyed frequently so I need a good shampoo and conditioner
I also brought the matching conditioner and found it quite hard to tell the two bottles apart the only difference was the conditioner sits on its flip top lid but several times I had gone to use them and the kids had been in the shower before me and the bottles were just laying on their sides so I found myself fluffing and mucking around trying to find the right one. As for keeping colour I wouldn't know I only got a couple of washes out of it I felt like I had to use a lot to get it to feel like it was washed. I was a bit disappointed because I usually like Loreal products.
I picked this up a month ago from Countdown on special for $4 which I thought was a good price for a supermarket shampoo. I used this before I got my hair re-dyed and then after I recently got my hair done. I have dyed blonde hair (from a light brown). I have been dyeing my hair for over 10years now. First off I loved the smell of this Shampoo. It smelt like a salon shampoo which was lovely. So nice to be in the shower feeling a bit fancy. I found it wasn't particularly foaming so it took a bit of working in. It wasn't particularly clarifying. Although this is sort of nice as it isn't drying. I can't speak for how much it keeps my colour in. But it hasn't turned my colour brassy so I'm impressed by that. So overall I enjoyed this, but don't know if it is really any better than any other shampoo I have used.
