The conditioner is better than the shampoo, but not by much. I had to use more conditioner than i normally use because of how matted my hair was after using the shampoo. Although i have thick hair my hair doesn't usually get this matted. My hair does have a nice shine to it afterwards but not enough to make me want to repurchase this product.

Tips: Use lots
Similar to the Total Repair 5 Shampoo review, I really did like this product, and enjoyed the conditioner more than I did the shampoo.
The conditioner went lightly on and didn't add any extra bulk in the shower and was quite easy to wash out as opposed to the thicker shampoo.
I haven't noticed any change in hair strength or fullness but my hair has been shinier and smoother after using the conditioner.
Tips: Maybe use the conditioner with a smaller amount of the shampoo as the shampoo is quite thick and hard to wash out.
I’ve used this in conjunction with matching shampoo. My hair felt a bit straw-like when I washed it out which made me a bit dubious, but once I dry my hair it feels nice and soft. It’s definitely shiner too, and it’s not as fly-away as it used to be. Not sure that it’s any stronger than it used to be. Time will tell; I’ll definitely continue using.
I usually use Elive Conditioner with the pink and black container (Reinforcing Conditioner), so I was happy to give another type of the same brand a go.
It was difficult to rinse out and if I didn't take my time in rinsing it out, it kind of stuck to my hair and made my hair feel quite greasy.
I loved the container, it is sophisticated looking, and the conditioner smells amazing! Even better and stronger than the shampoo! Yummmm.
After use, when rinsed out very thoroughly my hair feels smooth and soft, but also a bit coarse, and frizzier than I would like. I didn't notice if it felt stronger or not, maybe in time I will see a difference.
*My hair type* Very long, on the dry side, dyed, a bit frizzy, fine but quite a bit of it. I also tend to get hair breakage and flyaways.
*My conditioner background* I generally just buy whatever is cheapest or on special when I am at the supermarket. Usually garnier, dove etc. I have looked at this loreal range for years, even way back when it used to sell at farmers for about $20 a bottle, but I've never purchased it before as,yeah, I just go for the cheap ones!
I also usually only wash and condition my hair once a week during winter. A few reasons for that, to keep the colour lasting longer if it is freshly dyed, and cause it does take me a bit longer in the shower when I have to wash it so not only am I cheap, I'm kind of lazy too. ;) For the sake of this trial, and because I wanted to get a really good impression of this product, I washed my hair every second day.
(I've copied this from my shampoo review, just so both reviews work in together)
*My first impressions* The packaging is fine, it stands up steadily in the shower and the actual bottle looks nice. The conditioner wasn't as thick as I was expecting, it's not runny but still quite a thin consistency. I use a wide toothed comb in the shower so I can get an even application and to do all my hair, I found I had to use twice as much conditioner as I usually would. I leave my conditioner on for a few minutes so it can soak in and do what it needs to do. My hair felt great after rinsing it out. Sometimes I have real issues combing through my wet hair but I found it so easy after this product. I did notice a lot of hair fall out the first time I used this, but now that I've been going for three weeks, the hair fall out is heaps less.
*My hair now* This really has done everything it said it would. My hair looks better and feels amazing.
Would I use this again? So yes! The only downside I really found, was that you do have to use a lot of conditioner so the bottles won't last too long. Using it for 3 weeks every second day has nearly used up the bottle for me.
Tips: Use a comb in the shower, sometimes it can be a bit hard if your shampoo has made your hair quite knotty but it really does help spread the product evenly.
It is nice to have a conditioner that isnt too thick. Smell is lovely, used it with the shampoo and very happy with the result of nice clean, shiny and colourful hair. The packaging makes it look impressive. When I have finished my first bottle I will be considering purchasing again.
I really like this product. It smells nice without smelling all fake flowery and it makes my ends feel less damaged which is a small miracle. It's also not too gloopy which means the coverage is good and doesn't take too much so it lasts pretty well. I'm a fan.
Tips: Use the Elvive conditioning spray on days when you don't wash it to keep it soft.
first I should declare I am a bit of a snob and only use high end hairdresser bought shampoo and conditioner.
I used the Total repair 5 conditioner with the Total Repair 5 Shampoo. I did like this product, it smelled nice, wasn't too thick and didn't seem to weigh down my hair.
I didn't notice any change in hair strength but my hair has been shinier after using the conditioner.
Tips: Not a bad supermarket product
Well like my review for the shampoo I wasn't overly impressed with this conditioner. Again it left me with the feeling like my hair had been coated with something chemically that leaves the feel of softness and repair, but I don't think it actually repaired my hair at all. It made my hair really soft, which is ok, but my hair is thin and so this softness made it incredibly fly-away in the lengths, quite static-like which is just a pain to control without putting product in my hair. I do like that it has a nice smell, and that you don't need much of it but I think I'll be sticking with my salon shampoo and conditioner.
Tips: Leave the conditioner in for a little while, I found when I didn't my hair didn't feel like I had conditioned it.
I love this product!! Makes my hair silky soft and I have noticed a lot less breakage. It smells absolutely devine and I enjoy washing my hair. My hair has been tangle free and I have been getting great compliments on how my hair is looking. My hair is easier to style and stays soft.
Tips: You don't need much, a little goes a long way.
