Firstly this product smells amazing, almost like freesias or a floral perfume. It has simple but classy packaging in the standard upside down, flip top style bottle. I am used to having a pump in the shower for my regular conditioner so it was a little bit more fiddly than usual. It would be good to see this product in a pump style bottle too. I found the consistency of the product quite runny so I tried to squeeze as much water out of my hair as I could before I applied it. I have to mention the scent again, because it is really lovely and does make your hair smell divine! I would agree with number 1, 2 and 4 (of the Total Repair 5). I do think it made my hair stronger and fuller (and as a extra bonus it did help to define my natural curls a little more). I can't really say that it did number 3 or 5 for me (it didn't make my hair shiner or more feel more revitalised). Overall, I think the scent was the best thing about this product for me.

Tips: I used the 60 Second Miracle Treatment weekly, in addition to this conditioner for an extra pampering for my hair! I have an oily scalp so only used it on my roots.
My hair has new life! Hallelujah. Does everything it says it will - my hair is silky, soft and strong.
I have used the L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Total Repair 5 Conditioner for 3 weeks along with the shampoo & can't say i'm convinced that this product does what it says it will. I didn't notice my dry hair became any softer, shinier or generally healthier. If anything i found i needed to use more styling products to keep my hair looking smooth & shiny. I loved the smell & the consistency of the conditioner & found that i didn't need too much to coat my shoulder length hair. Overall it was a good conditioner but if i wanted to improve the condition of my dry hair it wouldn't be the one i would reach for on the shelf.
My hair is damaged from years of dying my greys away. I would recommend this softly scented restoring conditioner to anybody with damaged hair to try.
My hair definitely felt lovely and soft after use. The only reason I would not use this again is that my hair is extremely thirsty and requires a deeper nourishment that this conditioner could offer.
The 250ml bottle is attractive and a great size. Well priced product. Don't be afraid to give it a try, your hair may love it.
Tips: Dry your hair a little before applying the conditioner and leave it in your hair for 5+ minutes to give your hair time to enjoy it like a little treatment.
Unfortunately this conditioner didn't do a great job in my hair. It didn't achieve the 5 things it says it would in the description. Something I noticed was I had to use a lot more of this product than usual to detangle my wavy/curly hair and this still didn't do a great job compared to other conditioners. The conditioner was a nice consistency - nice and thick. The smell was neutral, I probably prefer more of a fruity smell to be refreshed after conditioning my hair.
Tips: Buy on special to trial this incase it doesn't work for you either.
I was really excited when I was selected to trial this product. Having colored my hair for many years, used various products and none of it can compare to the results I get from this product. It's done exactly what it says and the feedback I get from my colleagues and friends are fantastic! My hair is shinier and has more body, my colour looks more radiant. I also love the softness of my hair when I use it. As I have curly hair, my hair feels silky when I wash it and is so manageable. I think I found my new life-long friend. Only downer of the shampoo is that it causes my hair to be very static. Not sure if anyone else had this problem. But other than that, great product, highly recommended and well within my budget!
Tips: Use together with Shampoo for best results
Conditioner is the most important part to my hair washing routine because this is the element that is going to add moisture, help my frizz and give me smooth shiny hair.
My hair is quite curly, dry, frizzy and coarse if just left natural so the only types of conditioners that really work for my hair are those that are thick and creamy.
After shampooing my hair for Total Repair 5 shampoo my hair was left stringy and matted and I really had high hopes for an amazing conditioner that would just melt through the coarseness and give me glossy silky locks.
Sadly this conditioner is almost the consistency of water in my books. I usually just need a palm full to saturate the lower half of my hair and then comb through silky hair. With Total Repair 5 conditioner I needed 2 big handfuls of conditioner and while combing my hair, it just didnt feel soft and glossy and I wasnt pleased.
Blow-drying my hair I didnt see any fantastic results as promised although I must admit my hair does feel alot stronger after 4 weeks of usage. My hair also frizzed up much quite in the mornings after this shampoo/conditioner routine than it would with other brands I've tried.
This conditioner has not made my top favourites list and I dont recommend this to girls whos hair needs extra love when it comes to the conditioning stage and I feel your money would be better spent on other supermarket brands. I'm definitely not ready to give uo my WEN yet :)
Tips: Dont be scared to go alittle crazy with the amount of conditioner you use because its not potent and doesnt cause your hair to go oily.
When I used this with the matching shampoo, I noticed great changes in my hair. The conditioner really made my hair soft and smooth and detangled my hair. The consistency is a little thinner than most conditioners I usually use but I found it easy to apply through my hair and a little goes a long way. The smell is the same as the shampoo and its a nice scent, not too heavy or overpowering. A great new hair product duo!!
The conditioner really does compliment the shampoo here. The Consistency of the conditioner is rich and thick and feels like it has substance. Use sparingly. I applied to mid lengths and ends of my hair as my scalp becomes oily too quickly usually. It went on well and took a good rinse to come off. Hair instantly feels manageable, tangle free, and smells divine. I do believe conditioner is essential when washing hair and in this case this particular one would be great paired with its own conditioner. I love the brand, the product and the price and the fact that it does deliver as it states on the bottle. I would recommend this product to someone who really wants to pamper their tired hair but without the hefty price tag.
Tips: Towel dry hair a bit before applying conditioner to it as it absorbs conditioner better. Also wait a few minutes before washing away so it can really work its magic.
When combined with the matching shampoo it seems to work well. My hair was soft and shiny with a nice curl. A nice curl is really important when you have really curly hair. The scent of the shampoo and conditioner was nice, not too overpowering. I did find the consistency a little runny but the affect was good. I would purchase this product (with the shampoo) again but only if it was on special as it is a little over my budget.
Tips: As with any conditioner always use lots. I always leave a little in my hair (as it is extra curly) and this makes it easier for taming those knots.
