The packaging for this product is nice, simple and clear. All information is easy to read and the ingredients and what the product is supposed to do is clearly stated on the bottle. I needed to use quite a bit of product to completely cover my hair and the first time just massaged it in and rinsed as stated on bottle but felt my hair was dry still so the next time I used it I left it in for about 5 minutes and felt that made my hair a bit softer but was still knotted and had to brush out and use a leave in conditioner after. I didn't feel my hair was stronger, fuller, revitalized, silkier or shinier after use so I was left disappointed with this product. The one thing I did like was the scent, it was nice and fresh and lasted really well - probably 12hrs I could still smell it quite strongly in my hair which was really nice. All in all, I wouldn't use this product again.

Tips: My hair is dense, heavy and long. This may work better on finer, shorter hair :) Try it for yourself.
I like the packaging on this product , it’s interesting and nice to look at.
I found this conditioner was a bit of a let down, usually after I condition my hair I can at least feel a difference as the product is being washed out, my hair would usually feel silkier and I’d be able to put my fingers through it , with this product it didn’t feel any different .
I found I still needed to use the Moroccan oil hair mask I have, in order to get a brush through my hair after I’d washed it.
I have dry hair from highlights and found I had to use a large amount of the product to get coverage of my thick curly hair.
This product is not as heavily scented as the shampoo, but still caused some irritation to my sensitive scalp after a few uses .
I was disappointed with the results and wont be using this product again.
Tips: Not such a good choice for highlighted hair
I enjoyed trying this conditioner. I've been using it daily along with the shampoo for the past two weeks. It has made my hair feel super soft and silky with an added shine. My hair does look healthier however as I have very fine hair it has increased the flyaways so I've needed to use more styling products to stop it. It definitely did not make my hair fuller. I actually think it made it look and feel a bit finer. It has a lovely fragrance that is not over powering. The packaging looks nice and is very informative. Overall it's a nice conditioner that left my hair feeling soft and it added a healthy shine to it.
Tips: Could be better suited for thicker hair. Be careful when opening the bottle as it is quite runny and comes out very quickly. You only need to use a little bit.
I love this product!! Makes my hair silky soft and I have noticed a lot less breakage. It smells absolutely devine and I enjoy washing my hair. My hair has been tangle free and I have been getting great compliments on how my hair is looking. My hair is easier to style and stays soft.
Tips: You don't need much, a little goes a long way.
The conditioner is better than the shampoo, but not by much. I had to use more conditioner than i normally use because of how matted my hair was after using the shampoo. Although i have thick hair my hair doesn't usually get this matted. My hair does have a nice shine to it afterwards but not enough to make me want to repurchase this product.
Tips: Use lots
Similar to the Total Repair 5 Shampoo review, I really did like this product, and enjoyed the conditioner more than I did the shampoo.
The conditioner went lightly on and didn't add any extra bulk in the shower and was quite easy to wash out as opposed to the thicker shampoo.
I haven't noticed any change in hair strength or fullness but my hair has been shinier and smoother after using the conditioner.
Tips: Maybe use the conditioner with a smaller amount of the shampoo as the shampoo is quite thick and hard to wash out.
I’ve used this in conjunction with matching shampoo. My hair felt a bit straw-like when I washed it out which made me a bit dubious, but once I dry my hair it feels nice and soft. It’s definitely shiner too, and it’s not as fly-away as it used to be. Not sure that it’s any stronger than it used to be. Time will tell; I’ll definitely continue using.
I usually use Elive Conditioner with the pink and black container (Reinforcing Conditioner), so I was happy to give another type of the same brand a go.
It was difficult to rinse out and if I didn't take my time in rinsing it out, it kind of stuck to my hair and made my hair feel quite greasy.
I loved the container, it is sophisticated looking, and the conditioner smells amazing! Even better and stronger than the shampoo! Yummmm.
After use, when rinsed out very thoroughly my hair feels smooth and soft, but also a bit coarse, and frizzier than I would like. I didn't notice if it felt stronger or not, maybe in time I will see a difference.
*My hair type* Very long, on the dry side, dyed, a bit frizzy, fine but quite a bit of it. I also tend to get hair breakage and flyaways.
*My conditioner background* I generally just buy whatever is cheapest or on special when I am at the supermarket. Usually garnier, dove etc. I have looked at this loreal range for years, even way back when it used to sell at farmers for about $20 a bottle, but I've never purchased it before as,yeah, I just go for the cheap ones!
I also usually only wash and condition my hair once a week during winter. A few reasons for that, to keep the colour lasting longer if it is freshly dyed, and cause it does take me a bit longer in the shower when I have to wash it so not only am I cheap, I'm kind of lazy too. ;) For the sake of this trial, and because I wanted to get a really good impression of this product, I washed my hair every second day.
(I've copied this from my shampoo review, just so both reviews work in together)
*My first impressions* The packaging is fine, it stands up steadily in the shower and the actual bottle looks nice. The conditioner wasn't as thick as I was expecting, it's not runny but still quite a thin consistency. I use a wide toothed comb in the shower so I can get an even application and to do all my hair, I found I had to use twice as much conditioner as I usually would. I leave my conditioner on for a few minutes so it can soak in and do what it needs to do. My hair felt great after rinsing it out. Sometimes I have real issues combing through my wet hair but I found it so easy after this product. I did notice a lot of hair fall out the first time I used this, but now that I've been going for three weeks, the hair fall out is heaps less.
*My hair now* This really has done everything it said it would. My hair looks better and feels amazing.
Would I use this again? So yes! The only downside I really found, was that you do have to use a lot of conditioner so the bottles won't last too long. Using it for 3 weeks every second day has nearly used up the bottle for me.
Tips: Use a comb in the shower, sometimes it can be a bit hard if your shampoo has made your hair quite knotty but it really does help spread the product evenly.
Like the shampoo in this range I was really disappointed in this. Its claims to repair really seemed false when I used it (in conjunction with the Shampoo). The bottle is fairly standard. It has a bottom opening which is a feature I normally appreciate in a conditioner, but this was rather runny and the hole quite large so you ended up with a lot of product in your hand. This is quite useful as I found that I needed A LOT to get it to cover all my hair, and then it was a nightmare to rinse out. It does smell pretty, and its not too bad a price, but I won't be buying this
Tips: Save your $$$ and give this a miss
