I put my shampoo and conditioner review together. Please see my other review for more details. The condition of my hair has improved and is not needing to be washed as frequently. I would recommend brushing first as it does not remove tangles while combing through conditioner.

I found my hair didn't detangle as well as I would like but it has a nice smell and my hair did feel silky. For the price there is nothing wrong with this conditioner, I do have hair that tangles easy so that is not a fair representation of the conditioner. My hair didn't look or feel dry so that was pleasing, it also didn't weight my fine hair down. I like to match my shampoo and conditioners so would recommend these products if you are looking for a well priced pair that smells nice and makes your hair look and feel shiny.
After pairing this with the shampoo, I absolutely love the smell. It is so delicious and really lasts in your hair. Definitely makes hair really shiny and like the shampoo its a really lightweight formula which I love. I did notice that like some really good quality conditioners, as soon as you put it in your hair in the shower it immediately feels smooth. I found that no matter how long I left it in, the result never changed. It made my hair shiny and soft, but my ends were still quite dry. I noticed a difference throughout the rest of my hair which was great, just not the part that needed repairing the most! One major problem I have is that I have quite long and thick hair, and I always concentrate conditioner on the ends, but I found that I had to use SO MUCH product just to do this. As in significantly more than other brands of conditioner. Coupled with the fact that these come in really small bottles, and I would run out of conditioner twice as fast as I would shampoo I would probably go for more cost effective options. The results were good however and I am hoping that with more prolonged use (i.e. months) I would notice the repairs start to take place!
I was so blessed to be accepted on this trial as my hair has suffered from years of damage from bleaching and dying. I love the simplicity of the packaging as it is like most conditioner containers- having the lid at the bottom. I love being able to get the last of the conditioner out so this was definitely a bonus ;). I also love that Loreal put simple instructions on their packaging, ingredients and consumer follow up numbers and website for any concerns with the product. The actual product itself smells amazing like a salon brand and almost fruity. The product is so easy to disperse through my thick hair without my fingers becoming entangled. After using this product for over two weeks now I am happy to say that this product definitely lives up to its claims! My hair feels so much healthier and stronger and a lot easier to style. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a great repair conditioner from a salon substitute.
Tips: Leave on for as long as you can in the shower before rinsing out. I also like to apply a small amount after I hop out of the shower while my hair dries.
After having tried the shampoo very excited to try the conditioner and was not disappointed same shape bottle which I love, fragrance a wonderful smell as well. Found with this conditioner I didn't have to use so much great coverage, with this product my hair felt smooth even at the end, looked less dry and colourless gave my hair shine couldn't stop running my fingers through my hair without stopping before the end no knots awesome, great price for something that gives you a saloon finish cheers BR
Tips: Same as shampoo marking bottle S and C helps you find the right bottle if sight impair
I really liked the smell of the conditioner and the constancy made it easy to disperse through out my hair.
Even after leaving it in for a long time before washing it out I struggled to comb out my detangled hair, however my hair is very thick. Once detangled and dried out my hair does feel smooth and looks nice, shiny and healthy.
I used this paired with the shampoo and loved the results. The packaging looks great and doesn't fall over in the shower. I use conditioner most days to untangle so I don't have to damage my curly hair by brushing it but shampoo it only about twice a week. This product smells good, it is a subtle floral fragrance. It spreads easily through the hair and is effective so you don't have to use too much. It makes my hair feel nice and silky but doesn't cause frizzyness which is always great.
Tips: This product isn't as slick and hard to wash out as many other conditioners are so you don't have to spend ages rinsing it.
You can also see some more detail in my review of the matching Shampoo but just to recap my main hair issues are: dry flaky scalp, fly aways, frizzy in hot weather, oily roots and dye damage, so pretty much anything and everything can go wrong with it. I’m currently trying to grow out the dye damage so supporting the new virgin hair coming through is my top priority. I normally wash my hair every second day and conditioning only every fourth out of those.
My hair took about a week to settle down with the first few days experiencing the new fluffiness that comes with changing to a new product but it soon calmed down into softness and smoothing down of my normal dry frizz. My hair had been seriously hydrated as I could see a visible difference after only a week of use and the problematic flaky patch even saw some improvement.
I used this conditioner together with its shampoo for this trial and have been thoroughly pleased with my overall results. While the shampoo has helped with balancing the oils in my hair and helping keep the scalp from drying out and worsening my flaky scalp patch, the conditioner has provided the finishing touch by smoothing it out and softening my hair to the point where I didn't need to tie it back into a ponytail to hide it. I have seen an overall reduction in all of my hair problems, not only does it sit better on my head in general but my hair is becoming easier to manage being much less prone to the ugly frizzy POOF that I normally get and a DRASTIC improvement on my usual fly aways. I couldn't tell you whether that’s due to hydrating my hair or a smoothing effect, but whichever it is it’s been working very effectively.
A few week son after seeing some encouraging results I also bought the leave in conditioner that goes with this specific range for some support on my in between wash days, I found this little addition meant I didn't need to use any hair product to keep my hair in control, I personally prefer having my hair natural and styled as little as possible especially while trying to grow it out and not cause further damage.
I will say that though there was an overall improvement in the dyed area of my hair, it is somewhat beyond saving as I've attempted salon treatments previously but to no avail, so if you have coloured hair I would avoid this one as it seems to work absolute wonders on my natural hair coming through but while there is a great improvement it couldn't quite pull off a complete miracle for my coloured hair areas so you if you do colour your hair I’d stick with a specialist product to support your hair and colour regime.
Tips: When I do my conditioning I use my in shower tangle teezer to spread the conditioner evenly throughout my hair (a normal sized blob is all I used, keep in mind my hair is shoulder length) but found even though it is not a very creamy mixture it was still plenty able to give me coverage I needed through hair and this way I didn't end up using more than I needed to. Given I condition more often than I shampoo I find this also helps me expand the life of any conditioner I use.
I liked the shampoo better than the conditioner in this range! I have really knotty hair, and I found that this conditioner didn't work to detangle it at all and I was having to brush out knots after washing. I also noticed this conditioner didn't put any moisture back into my hair - it didn't feel softer and more hydrated, it felt quite dry. It did, however, leave me with more shine which is great as I'm prone to dullness. My hair also feels stronger and less brittle so it's not all bad! But you just don't get that soft feeling to the hair that you get from some conditioners, which I'm addicted to! I don't think I'll repurchase unfortunately.
Tips: I recommend this conditioner to those who do not struggle with knotty and dry hair, because it does do what it claims to do, it's just not hydrating enough for my particular hair type.
When first applying this it is nice and smoothing which I expect from a conditioner. The first time I used it I absolutely loved it and thought it might become my holy grail conditioner, as it left my hair so clean, soft, silky and just the best a conditioner had made my hair feel in a while, it also looked more smooth and shiny. But after a week of using it I'm not sure what happened but I think it just built up on hair and weighed it down. I still would recommend this though as it could work amazingly for someone else. Also it leaves your hair smelling great!
