It seemed that every makeup loving man and his dog owned, and loved, this foundation. I had always avoided it however, because I have rather dry skin and only ever used foundations marketed towards dry skin.
One day I decided to swatch this and it seemed surprisingly creamy, so I took the plunge and picked it up in the shade R3-C3. Turns out this was a little too pink and a little too dark (damn you, Farmers lighting!), so I have since acquired N2 and I mix the 2 shades for my perfect match.
It's a really natural finish, you can still see my freckles etc so this is not the foundation for you if you're after a super full coverage, which makes it perfect for work days.
For me, I don't set it with powder and it lasts all day long. Someone with oily skin would probably need to use powder though. It has a really nice satin finish and doesn't cling to any of my dry patches.
I LOVE that they have warm, cool and neutral shades. It makes it super easy to figure out what you need. I'm stoked that I've discovered this foundation, as it is half the price of my previous day to day foundation!
I got this foundation after watching Lauren Curtis use it, but was a little disappointed. The coverage I would rate as a 6/10. I have to apply quite a bit to get a good flawless coverage. I found it also becomes greasy quite fast, within at least a couple of hours so is not very long-wearing on my skin, however it may be better on other people. But I do like the fact that it is quite a thin formula and doesnt feel extremely caky like some liquid foundations.
