L'Oreal Paris ELVIVE Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Serum

So i am in love i use a tiny bit rub all through my hair then leave my hair while i do my makeup then go back brush and style my hair it stayed smooth, no frizzy bits sticking up all over the place, even gave a nice shine and the Smell is devine. I will definitely recommend, use again and also buy for myself.

L'Oreal ELVIVE Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Serum what a great product, I normally have dry, thick, unmanageable frizz and flyaways. Even since having my child my hair has slowly been growing back as I lost heaps of hair while I was pregnant so I have lots of short bits that never sit down properly and 'flyaway' which I hate. But since using this product I have noticed a remarkable difference, no more flyaways and no more frizz it's great.

I put it on my dry hair before straighten and it gives me a soft smooth finish which I love. And I find straightening much easier now.

I find I don't have to use very much for it to cover my hair (medium length hair) and even though it's an oil I did not find my hair oily after using it.

I like the packaging it stands out and you wouldn't realise it is a supermarket product. I think that it would be good if the top of the bottle hard maybe arrows on it or a way of known you had locked it shut as it's hard to tell if it is shut. It's a great size to take in my bag.

I would very much recommend it for anyone with dry, frizzy, unmanageable hair.

First just a little about my hair. I have had oily hair for the longest time until recently. The last few times I have been to the hairdresser they have suggested a deep conditioning treatment because it has been dry and damaged. It still gets oily after a few days, but I can feel that it is dry and I get a lot of flyaways.

I like the packaging, it pumps easily and it doesn't squirt a whole lot out. It smells nice, like the other products and the smell lingers a little - I can smell it when I swish my hair.

I really liked the shampoo and conditioner, but I wasn't quite so convinced by the serum. The first time I used it I think I overdid it. My hair looked like it was at LEAST second day hair. I was less heavy handed the second time, but I still felt that it left my hair looking a little oily. I wondered if a spray would help me out as it would disperse the product more, rather than me ending up putting too much in one place. Using it before drying it worked much better than attempting to keep down flyaways from dry hair.

I think this might be better on hair that is quite dry and frizzy, mine is just borderline really and the shampoo and conditioner combo seems to keep that in check without needing the serum too, I will stick to my Matrix frizz control if I need it.

I had really high hopes for the L'Oreal ELVIVE Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Serum but unfortunately it did not quite meet them and I have been left a bit disappointed with the performance of this product! I use serums all the time, albeit usually salon brand, however I had a benchmark that this serum was unable to meet.

The packaging was really lovely, it definitely did not look like a $12.99 bottle from the supermarket. When I read the back of the box that it came in I was really excited to read that it included Argan Oil and would moisturise my hair. Unfortunately I found the serum to be be very greasy and oily in my hands and then I had to be really careful to ensure that it was all rubbed into the ends of my hair so it wouldn't leave it greasy. The first time I used it I used it close to my roots and my hair looked oily.

One of my pet peeves is flyaways and I thought that this serum would really help in reducing the flyaways that I have. Again I didn't think that this product did very well in doing this.

I have read some great reviews about L'Oreal ELVIVE Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Serum but it just wasn't the product for me unfortunately!

I really liked this product, I tend to get a lot of new short small fly always where my hair parts, I also straighten my hair and even though my hair is fine I still need something to stop the ends frizzing up, this serum does that and doesn't leave the hair oily. It has a pleasant smell and a little goes a long way. I used this product both on wet and dry hair but I prefer it on dry hair. I also have a full straight fringe at the moment and it did a great job keeping it smooth.

What a great little serum - it has a really great smell and despite making your hands feel oily it doesn't have this affect on your hair. Makes your hair look glossy and feel nice and does tame a majority of the frizz. The packaging is great although I didn't find much instruction on how to use the product. Also a little lid on the bottle would be handy as sometimes I forget to switch the bottle off. It worked great on both wet and dry hair.

I was so excited when I receive this product to try out. I have a thick wavy hair and I usually have a hard time managing the frizz. The packaging was neat and the lockable pump made it easier to carry around in the bag without worrying about spillage. It has a nice smell. I tried this product on my hair and left it to dry naturally and found that it did not deliver the results I was hoping to get. It did'nt do anything for my thick wavy hair. I did try it again, but this time straighten my hair, found that it made my hair smooth and soft. This serum works better for me with styling rather than the first option. It is lightweight but has the tendency to make my hair feel greasy. It is reasonably price compare to other supermarket brands thus will make me probably use it again. The product works to some extent but in contrast to other serum I have used before, is not the best.

This is a lifesaver! My hair is naturally quite wild with plenty of flyaways and this serum does amazing to bring my hair much needed shine. It makes it look super healthy but at the same time still natural. When applied liberally it doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy but gives a beautifully natural and polished look. It pumps the perfect amount and I like that you can twist the pump so it locks in place to avoid any accidental pushes to the pump. The packaging is cute and small, easily fitting for my handbag. And will definitely last a while. I reccomend this to anyone as a great product if you don't want to spend salon prices.

I have used Elvive products for a long time (but this is the first time I've tried the Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Serum).

Elvive was my go-to shampoo and conditioner whenever I'd opt for Supermarket brands. After a while, I got very bored of the fragrance and started to opt for other brands. I was secretly wishing that the serum would have a slightly different fragrance than the shampoos/conditioners but I was setting myself up for disappointment.

The bottle is definitely user-friendly and allows you to get the accurate amount in your palm.

The primary reason I like using serums after drying and before styling my hair is to make my hair more manageable. I don't feel the product performed the job very well, as it still had a dry/frizzy texture. The product adds a slight 'crunch' to my hair (don't know how else to describe it), which is not what I expect when they advertise is as "leaves hair smooth, fluid…".

I also don't think I would excuse the performance for the price, as I feel I might get similar products from competitive brands for slightly cheaper at the supermarket.

I have used is product from the time it arrived to my door until today and I have to say that I have used other Anti-Frizz Serum products that were more effective than this product. I have not rated it very high and would not buy this product from the shops or recommend it to a friend. I found that the Serum did not keep the frizz away for even half a day. This Serum did not work for me, and I suggest that you have to try for yourself, but I will not be using this product again. I will have to keep trying to find an Anti-Frizz serum that will work for me.
