L'Oreal Paris ELVIVE Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Serum

I picked this up on a whim when my hair wasn't behaving one day. I absolutely HATE serum (I feel like I never get it all off my hands and it feels disgusting) but this one does wash clean as well as work, therefore I like it.

L'Oreal Paris ELVIVE Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Serum is a golden oil that comes in a golden plastic bottle with a yellow pump action dispenser. Two pumps is enough for my hair, which is about bra clasp length.

This adds shine to hair, weighing it down enough to stop it being flyaway and frizzy while not making it greasy and oily looking. I find it has quite a floral scent, that dissipates as it dries.

As i said, this washes cleanly off hands with a bit of liquid soap, and doesn't transfer from hair (once dry). It's well priced, easy to find in the supermarket, and generally a fabulous wee impulse purchase.

Love. I didnt expect this to work as well as it does. I apply to damp hair after my shower, leave it on over night and my hairs soft and smells great. Makes my hair easier to style too. Will definitely be buying more, I have tried other hair oils but all they did was dry my hair our really bad. Love this stuff

First things first, I have big, curly hair that is super lrone to frizz. For an anti-frizz serum (designed to combat frizz) this did not impress me. For me it was more of a leave in treatment than a styling product, but I do really like the way it smells-it's quite floral and delicate but warm as well. It feels similar to hair oil treatments (quite slippery and a little does go a long way which is good for your wallets), and I do like this, however I feel like using it to reduce frizz is not going to do anything. My hair was soft and shiney, but still had the frizz

I have fine, wavy, frizzy hair, that I get bleached blonde. In other words - I need serum, and a lot of it! And thanks to a BBBE got to try this. I have just finished a whole bottle of it, and it was perfect for my hair. I will definitely be buying this again at what I think it a really fair price. Basically, after washing my hair and semi-drying it, I'd then smooth on 3-4 squirts of this, mostly on to my hair ends and then some over the rest of my hair, massaging it in. My hair would be left silky soft and less frizz-prone. This isn't the best bottle to take away if you have to travel, but that's no boggy - there are plenty of good travel hair products.

This Anti-Frizz Serum is my favourite part of the L'Oreal Paris ELVIVE Smooth Intense range. It is light-weight, yet smoothing and nourishing. The pump bottle makes it easy to use and gives you control so you can dispense the perfect amount for your hair. My hair is very thin and fine, quite curly and very prone to fluff and fly-aways. I find that oils are often too heavy and even the smallest amount makes my hair look greasy and limp. I use a small pump of this oil through my ends and lengths after blow drying. It smooths my hair and adds shine without weighing it down. Will definitely buy again.

Found the product very good easy to use and made my hair feel lovely highly recommended I had been using a very expensive salon product and it wasn't half as good

For the price I paid I would use this again.. I have a few supermarket hair oils I would use again as I've had some good results from them.

It lasted a long time a little oil went a long way. Was easy to use - I used it on wet and dry hair. I have long hair that's quite dry at the roots and tips so 2-3 pumps is what I used each time but being oil it warmed and spread nicely. I only ever used through the ends though. It didn't make my hair greasy which was great as I don't wash my hair every day.

Delicate smell not overpowering which is handy because I use some yummy smelling shampoos so don't want to loose their scents.

It helped to smooth my hair and definitely made it feel less frizzy and more manageable.

Would definitely purchase again.

This is my go-to when my favourite hair serum isn't available. It's just as good but I prefer the scent of my first choice better. Performance wise, this does do what it says. It does remove the frizz and makes my hair feel silky smooth. I apply this straight after a shower and then comb it through my hair while still wet. It doesn't make my hair oily.

Very silky and smooth on the hair, repairs damaged hair and split ends, not toooo oily to use but a little goes a long way.

This would have to be the only hair serum that stops my frizz dead in it's tracks especially when I have freshly straightened it.The smell is divine and really does stay in your hair and make it smell great for a long time,the texture is smooth and you don't need to use a lot of product to get the results you want as a little goes a long way,I usually only apply about 3 drops then rub between the palms of my hand and gently smooth over my damp hair before blowdrying and straightening and apply a liitle more,about 2 drops after straightening.On days I don't straighten my hair,I use this serum to stop my curls from frizzing and it certainly does the job very well.I can't say I have noticed my hair go greasy or oily from using this so i'm pleased with that as some serums can do that.This product is not too badly priced and I love that I can just pick it up from my local supermarket without having to go travelling all over the city to find it.The bottle is a good size,100mls and I like that you can see how much product is used with it being see through.Argan oil and the fact that it keeps your hair frizz free for 72 hours is what had me sold when I first found out about this product and it really does smooth,add shine to your hair and control the frizz so I hope they never discontinue this serum because it really does live up to all it claims.
