L'Oreal Paris ELVIVE Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz Serum

I have thick frizzy hair at times and purchased this product to combat the frizz. This was going to be a cheaper alternative to buying moroccan oil. Unfortunately this product when it dried made my hair frizzer. I spoke to hairdressers about this and they said that it was water based. I do not know how correct this is but it definitely did not help me with fly aways and frizz. I think my hair was too thick and dry for this product.

this is a great product to use just after the shower to stop the frizz for the day, i have very frizzy hair and although it did stop all the frizz i think it did a pretty good job. highly recommend and smells so good

I definitely enjoyed using this serum, it worked well it managing those frizzy fly aways and making my hair feel very silky, I don't feel that it was very nourishing but overall it lasted all day and made my hair feel good.

Makes your hair SUPER shiny and tames frizz. I love it. It is kinda annoying on your hands afterwards as they're all oily but nothing a good scrub can't fix.

This is the only product I will use in my hair other than shampoos and conditioners. 50ml doesn't seem like alot, but it sure does last a long time! I love the handy pump on the bottle, which you can twist to 'lock' the pump so there's no accidental leakage. I like to apply this on my damp hair after showering, as my hair is naturally quite frizzy and wavy. It helps tame the frizz and smooth out my hair so I don't have to heat style it. Otherwise if I am straightening my hair I like to apply half a pump (my hair is bra strap length) throughout my hair to help maintain my style and add shine. I don't find it makes my hair greasy, it has in the past when I have used too much product, I learnt very quickly to use this sparingly, a little goes a long way! I will continue to purchase this product and recommend to anyone else considering purchasing.

I bought this at the supermarket because the colour looked nice and it smelt amazing! A good start. It has argan oil in and I just love that. I dry and straighten my hair almost daily and it suffers. I would say only to use a small amount because that is all you need, but too much you run the risk of leaving your hair oily. It leaves your hair shiny and smooth and at $12.99 for 100mls I feel this is great value.

I've been using this serum for years now!! I've tried other argan oils in between but have always gone back to this one so now I don't waste my money on anything else.

I have frizzy, curly and heat damaged hair. I use it daily after straightening or curling my hair to eliminate static and frizz. I find it absolutely fine to use each day between washes and never makes my hair oily. (I wash hair approx. every 3rd day)

The convenient pump function means you get the right amount each time without over doing it (often the problem with hair serums) I often only need one pump and I have medium to long hair. Even though there is no lid or cap on the bottle it has a lock function which is perfect for travel and I've never had one leak. (Touch wood!)

A 50ml bottle lasts me ages even with daily use so is great value for money, id be totally gutted if L'Oréal ever stopped making this!

This hair product is a great way to tame the frizz! I use this hair product after I have straitened my hair to smooth the static hair. The thing I love about this product is that it leaves your hair silky and shiny without that greasy oily feel, and it smells great! :) This product has lasted me over 3 months as you only need the smallest amount to add to your hair.

I am a huge fan of Argan oil products and L'Oreal products. Hair is a unique thing what works for some doesn't always work for others. Sadly this didn't make any noticeable difference to my hair other than fragrance. However it did not make my hair greasy, so perhaps a low level of silicone in the product?

While I am always dubious of anti Frizz claims I had hoped for some nourishment to my very dry hair.

Possibly a better product for not so dry hair. It is priced attractively aswell
