After styling it had done its purpose but once going outdoors it does not hold the smooth or sleekness of my unruly hair. This product seems more for the ladies with sleek hair. The Argan oil smells good. It did do what it says but only for a few minutes.

Tips: I would recommend it to those with straight hair
I got this as a gift for my birthday, i have long wavy at the ends hair, i normally straighten it and as we all no heat damage ruins hair and gives you split ends, so i applied this serum after i had straightened it and it softened my hair made it feel really nice and silky and gave it a little shine :) plus it smells nice, you don't need alot as its more a oily consistency, it does make hair straight looking its a must have i loved this
Tips: Only apply to the ends of your hair never to the roots applying to the roots can make your hair look greasy, and unwashed
I have hair that has a color change quite regularly, is very thick and is naturally curly, although I straighten it most days. Mostly I use this product in my hair when I want to leave it curly and it does a really nice job of taming the frizz. I normally would have to use a mousse once it's dry, but this definitely helps. It's also a great product to put on dry hair (just a little bit) to smooth down any extra frizzies.
I have long, thick naturally wavy hair that's prone to frizz. My hair is in reasonably good condition although the top layer is a bit dry and i get a lot of split ends due to regular use of the straigtening iron, so i need to use a smoothing serum and recently decided to give this one a go..
The first time i used this product i applied sparingly to clean damp hair, scrunching it through with my finger tips i loved the way that it detangled with such ease also i really liked the feel of the product on my hands it feels soft and nourishing. By the time my hair had dried i was disappointed to find that it looked much the same as it would had i let dry naturally and not used any product, although it did add shine. So i decided to apply some more of the product to my dried hair this time thoroughrally massaging a generous amount through the strands and i was happy with the results. My wavy hair was nicely defined, smooth, soft, shiny and generally looked really healthy.
I need to apply quite a lot of this product to get a good result but it does the job pretty well and i like that the scent is very subtle on the hair so it's not going to be competing with perfume fragrances which i wear most days.
I might purchase this smoothing serum again, i have some others at the moment of which i have yet to test so we will see..
Tips: Apply to dry rather than damp hair for better results.
This is an okay product which does improve the appearance of my hair somewhat, but it doesn't perform as well as others I've tried.
I would run it through the ends of my hair after blowdrying or when they were looking dull and frizzy. It definitely looks like you've put a serum in your hair afterwards, so while it does improve it somewhat, it definitely doesn't look like you've got beautiful naturally un-frizzy hair!
I am currently half way through one of theses, and unfortunate to say I don't think I'll be repurchasing. I have natural curly, sometimes frizzy hair, and if I put this in my hair wet or dry it looks like I've just put heaps of oil in my hair that isn't doing anything. But I when I apply to my hair after straightening it works a bit better as an anti frizz serum, but it doesn't seem to hold for very long. It is worth a try if you are having a frizz problem, because everyone has different hair. the only thing is you def do not want to put to much because then your hair will look like a grease ball.
I loved Elvive anti frizz serum. It kept my hair from frizzing up during the day and made my hair shiny and easy to style. The only down side is it is very difficult to wash off your hands after putting it through your hair. You need to use hot water and lots of soap.
I used to use this when I was blonde and bleaching my hair every 5-6 weeks.
I loved that this made my hair so much more managable(ie I could actually run a comb through my hair!). My hair had a tedency to be super frizzy and look fried but this serum took away the frizz and made my hair look a little healthier. For the price you cant go wrong!
This is a great serum for giving your hair a smooth glossy shine. I use this after towel drying my hair, to make my hair more manageable to style, and stop tangles. It makes brushing and straightening or curling a smoother process. I've tried a lot of serums and my pet hate is thick, sticky serums - L'Oreal passes this test with flying colours. It's a light weight, non sticky formula, and the pump is easy to use to get just the right amount for you.
Tips: To distribute the serum evenly through hair, I towel dry my hair, warm the serum between my hands, then flip my head upside down and lightly scrunch the serum onto the ends of my hair. Then flip right-way up and smooth my hands through the mid-lengths of my hair to distribute the remainder. This avoids the greasy-look issue.
When first using this product, I noticed I was needing to use quite a lot in my hair. I felt like it was quite gluggy, when I feel like oil should be runny and smooth. I apply this product straight after straightening my hair, and find it smooths my hair nicely but doesn't last in the hair very long. Has a yummy smell!
