L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Total Repair 5 Restoring Shampoo

The product itself felt really good to start with, then when I would rinse it out my hair would feel so dry and damaged, knotted and just dead practically! I would literally have to use half a bottle of conditioner to get my hair back to a decent texture, I didn't want to bin it so I used it as a body scrub until it was empty and it was probably one of the best body scrubs I've ever used.

Loreal's a handy brand that can be found in most stores. I purchased this with a matching conditioner because I like pairing my products. My hair is coloured and quite damaged at the ends.

This bottle is white with Loreal labelling. I think it's style is outdated compared to other Loreal bottles. The lid on it wasn't very sturdy it broke easily leaving a crack through it. The texture of this is creamy soft and white with a slight shimmer flowing through it. It has a floral scent that's mild but refreshing.

When I washed my hair with it I did notice my colour coming out in the water with this. During cleaning my hair it lathered up nicely . Over a months use I haven't noticed any change in my dry hair.

The positives for me is that I don't have to go online for this. Two bottles last me over a month which is great because their not large in size. I probably wouldn't use this because there wasn't any significant changes to my hair.

I thought I'd give this a go and as a combo with treatment and conditioner it works well. My hair is definitely feeling better and healthier - all for less than salon prices!

currently using this shampoo and conditioner duo for my hair and I do like the smoothness and softness that it brings to my hair. can almost get away without using any anti frizz serum or straightener - guess it depends on how long i leave the conditioner in. But the shampoo is lovely - leaves my hair feeling clean and looking healthy.

I love a lot of L'Oréal Paris products, cosmetics, skin care and shampoos. I thought I would try this to give my hair a bit of a boost.

I love the fragrance of this shampoo, lovely. In the shower the bottle is easy to hold and to open and pour a bit into your palm. It lathers nicely and feels lovely as you wash your hair. I found it rinsed out well and didnt seem to leave any residue behind. I used the same conditioner and after rinsing my hair felt amazing.

I dried my hair it looked shiny and felt so soft. I'm not too sure it repaired any damage, but it was a lovely shampoo and conditioner to use and leaves your hair in lovely condition.

I purchased these a while ago, thinking 'oh L'Oreal is good' but i was fooled. This is NOT the same sort of L'Oreal you buy from the salon. I strongly disliked the smell and didn't find it nourishing what so ever!

I quite like this shampoo and conditioner it leaves my hair feeling really clean and smooth. I love how the conditioner lathers and smooths onto my hair it feels so nice when I'm rubbing it in. They have a really nice smell to them and leave my hair smelling really great and feeling clean and fresh. Over all I think it did a great job. It made my hair fall out less and I seemed to have less breakage and split ends over a few uses.

I recently purchased the large 750ml pump bottles of the Total Repair.

I really liked the Colour Protect and I adore the Minute mask.

So I thought meh just give it a try. It was only $9 each and these bottles will last ages.

I'm really glad I did.

I love the fragrance my hair smells great for days.

I love the thick creamy texture of the shampoo and it lathers so beautifully.

Rinses so well too and my hair does not feel stripped, it does feel silky.

My colour also doesn't run too much. Always a bonus in my eyes.

Leaves my hair shiny, silky and smooth and the frizz on top is kept at bay. Of course I know it won't seal up my split ends but it's a really good nourishing shampoo. Perfect for dry thirsty hair.

My hair has always been prone to breaking and falling out so I decided to give this a try.I am currently using this along with the repair conditioner and I have noticed my hair is shinier and softer to touch after awhile, but is still quite brittle, and for some reason goes very dry as soon as I get out of the shower even after the conditioner which makes it very hard to brush. Maybe not the right one for me? Overall I guess I thought it would be better than it was and am a tad bit disappointed but on the plus side it does make my hair smell nice and leaves it looking shinier.
